Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

The accommodation is close to shops so it's very convenient. There's always a place to park, it's a luxury. After the visits, we can go to the beach very quickly. Our host is always available and at our disposal to answer questions. No difficulty entering the apartment, everything is simple thanks to his explanations. It's clean and spacious. For a short trip to Ravenna, you can rent without a second thought. We are very happy.

This is a wonderful place to stay and visit Cesena. The host thought of everything, with all the amenities well thought out! We arrived late due the train strike and canceled trains, but our host was helpful and flexible. The place is a very nice size and close to lots of great restaurants and things to do in the downtown core. Loved this stay! Would highly recommend.

Great communication with Alessandro, very helpful co-host. The accommodation in person is even more beautiful, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, excellent taste, nothing is missing and the cleanliness is a 10 and a half. On nice days, you can dine on the terrace and enjoy the view of the rooftops and the Cathedral's bell tower. The apartment is in a quiet setting in the historic center of Cervia. The listing description matches reality. The bikes provided are a treat, everything is easily reached. Restaurants and other services are very close to the house.

The reviews are all spot on - this is one of the best Airbnb’s ever!! The apartment is beautifully decorated, reflecting Agnese’s and Micael’s background as designers. The outdoor kitchen is totally outfitted for cooking and having meals al fresco is fantastic! There were so many extra touches (local olive oil and honey, home made jam, spices, herb garden and more!) and, most importantly, comfortable beds and quality linens. It’s necessary, of course, to have a car to stay here but then it becomes the perfect base of operations from which to explore Tuscany. It’s one of those places where we wished we could stay longer and hope we can come back to again. It sets the bar high!!

Coli’s home was perfect for our group of 5: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Very clean and well decorated. Easy check-in and check-out! Close to the train station and historic center. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for those who want to relax completely, wide choice of bathing facilities and restaurants, excellent welcome from Chiara with a bottle of prosecco, and during the stay she indicated various facilities in the area, and was always available

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Mira is a great host, super kind and friendly, who was very concerned about me and my friends. We had a really good time in her house as it is very well equipped and with practically all the comforts you could ask for. The house, although not huge, was very welcoming with its very beautiful bedrooms and its modern bathroom, not to mention the balcony that, although not very large, allowed us to spoil a few meals sitting with a sea view. In conclusion, Mira's house was really a great choice and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

Great place to stay and minutes of walking from the beach and from the restaurants. The flat had a little balcony, where we could fit two chairs and gaze at sunsets with a glass of wine. The bed wasn't the best, but it was OK. Also blinds helps you to get all the sleep you need as it is pitch black when closed. The host provided coffee pods for the machine and we couldn't find the matching ones in the supermarket.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Super place, even nicer than the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully located with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley can be easily reached by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with bicycles for local activities. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good at the beginning of May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! The apartment is new and nicely furnished with medium-high quality furniture. The bathroom is spacious although it would have deserved a window. You can't hear the noises coming from the outside, and the air conditioning works properly. Host available and friendly as people on the premises. Definitely an experience that can be repeated in the future.
