The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Enough space for four people with a dog. Clean and quiet. Beautiful restaurant with live music twice a week. Our house was 1 min. from the beach, so the perfect location. Nice staff. We would come back. Keep it up, Club Del Sole Team

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Apartment that reflects what is described in the Airbnb photos. Clean, tidy, fragrant. Great location for pleasant walks and to enjoy the sea from the terrace. Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. Location was perfect, a few feet from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We will come back for sure...

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated, beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. The connection to the city and all important facilities is also excellent. The landlady was always easily accessible and very helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the entire stay very pleasant. All in all, I can highly recommend this apartment. It meets all expectations of comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location to the beach!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Small apartment but considering the fact that you were only at home to sleep and eat is fine. Always clean pool. The comfort with the beach a few steps away practically without leaving the residence. In the morning Yoga for the joy of my wife. Maybe we'll be back.

Cozy and cool apartment (advantage when it's hot), with balcony, kitchenette and private bath, and private entrance. Everything you need for a quiet rest and stay. Fast internet is good for remote work. The host is nice, responded quickly to messages if anything was needed. Felt like home. Nice yard, and comfortable walk out by the sea. Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

My fiancé & I traveled to Cervia for holiday and felt right at home in Davide’s rental. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as we desired and the privacy shutters were quite pleasant to keep light out if we wanted. Being close to restaurants, the beaches, and shops made going out easy and fun. We loved the simplicity, design & decor inside and would stay again if we decided to return.

We were looking for accommodation in the area, we were impressed by the photos of the solution and the priceless view, booked and arrived we were greeted by Sabrina and Dario, people nothing short of unique, very sociable, we felt at home, apartment very tidy and clean, excellent taste in the renovation and with all the necessary services. I highly recommend and thank Sabrina from the bottom of my heart, see you next time.
