Vacation rentals with a patio in Cesarica

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we felt immediately comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two invest to make sure everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our stay, both inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab :)

The little time we spent at the apartment we were very well. It's a very quiet area and the place was perfect for disconnecting. Sebastian was very friendly and also a good host. It left us everything very well explained, we would definitely come back :)

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it based on the description. It was especially nice to just step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you might need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

The flat was cute and perfect for our needs. We fixed meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the large shower and did one load of laundry. Markets are close by for your shopping needs. We ate at two local resturants, Maki and Javor. both were very good. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment was really nice and well-equipped. We were lucky to be the only tenants in the house for the whole week and we got to keep our little beach to ourselves. It was good to communicate with Stipe and the apartment was also very nice and the sea view was just amazing. It should also be mentioned that the outer wall of the house was 3 meters away from the winding road and about 100 loud motorcycles were roaring past the house every day. Sometimes the atmosphere was like being on a racetrack. It was quiet and comfortable at night. The water was wonderfully clear and the backyard was a great place to swim.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also not far away. Nevertheless, the surroundings are always quiet and you can enjoy your vacation without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I recommend this place to anyone.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! The first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but that was completely unnecessary in retrospect. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I would recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettable beautiful stay. I'd love to come back!

Small accommodation located by the path to enter in 10 and 35min walk from the 2 entrances to Paklenica Park and also located on mountain bike trails. This little stone house is of crazy charm and carefully renovated all with a nice touch of decoration especially on the magnificent terrace. 2 small bedrooms ideal for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Probably very pleasant in summer by the freshness of the stones in hot weather. Shower with pressure and parking space under the trees. Noted that the house is in a small town under renovation of a small dozen stone houses of which already 5/6 are renovated. The city is located 400m away, enough to swim 15min walk and a sufficient supermarket for the holidays 5 minutes by car all 15 minutes from the highway. A perfect place to stay for hikers of a few days or several weeks.

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

The place is close to the highway about 10m. A great place to relax while traveling Host great and speaks English very well Very clean rooms, brand new place to stay . Brand new facility Each room has its own toilet Optimal and all comforts when traveling in 6 people. Parking on the property. Absolutely quiet at night. Outdoor seating with a fire pit and grill invites you to sit outside. The house drinker to welcome it wasn't a mistake When traveling in the Balkans, this place was definitely one of the best

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

the best place to stay in novalja!!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

The view of the water is beautiful, and there is a great way to enter the water in peace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and approachable at all times. The surroundings offer lots of peace and nature. The restaurant operation right next door did not bother us. A clear recommendation!

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time.
