Vacation rentals with a patio in Cesarica

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andrej und Antonia war großartig - wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Beide sind sehr gute Gastgeber, wir haben uns sofort wohl und herzlich Willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sah 1:1 aus wie auf den Fotos, war sehr sauber und man sieht wie viel Zeit und Mühe die beiden investieren, damit alles gepflegt ist und ihre Gäste sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt haben beide sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung ausgesprochen. Wir empfehlen jedem, der nach Rab reist, einen Aufenthalt bei Andrej und Antonia :)

El poco tiempo que pasamos en el piso estuvimos muy bien. Es una zona muy tranquila y el alojamiento era perfecto para desconectar. Sebastian fue muy amable y además es un buen anfitrión. Nos dejó todo muy bien explicado, sin duda volveríamos :)

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

The flat was cute and perfect for our needs. We fixed meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the large shower and did one load of laundry. Markets are close by for your shopping needs. We ate at two local resturants, Maki and Javor. both were very good. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

Asunto oli tosi mukava ja hyvin varusteltu.Olimme onnekkaita että saimme olla koko viikon talon ainoat vuokralaiset ja saimme pitää pienen uimarantamme vain itsellämme. Stipen kanssa oli hyvä viestiä ja asunto oli myös hyvin pudas ja merinäköala aivan mahtava. Pitää myös mainita että talon ulkoseinästä oli 3 metrin matka mutkittelevalle maantielle ja talon ohi kaahailikin noin 100 kovaäänistä moottoripyörää päivittäin. Välillä tunnelma oli kun moottoriradalla. Öisin oli hiljaista ja mukavaa. Vesi oli ihanan kirkasta ja takapihalta pääsi hyvin uimaan.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jedesmal schnell auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen geantwortet haben. Kleine oder auch etwas größere Supermärkte sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso befinden sich auch Restaurants nicht weit weg. Dennoch ist die Umgebung stets ruhig und man kann den Urlaub problemlos genießen. All in all gibt es nichts zu meckern und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Ich hatte das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und ich bin restlos begeistert! Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa war ein echtes Highlight: alles war unglaublich sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Matteo, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet man hätte nichts von zu Hause mitbringen müssen. Ich hatte zwar ein paar Dinge dabei, aber das war im Nachhinein völlig überflüssig. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Matteo war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

Petit logement situé en bord de chemin pour entrer en 10 et 35min à pied des 2 entrées du parc Paklenica et également situé sur des pistes de vtt. Cette petite maison en pierre est d'un charme fou et rénovée avec soin le tout avec une belle touche de décoration notamment sur la magnifique terrasse. 2 chambres petites idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque de rien. Surement très agréable en été par la fraicheur des pierres en fortes chaleurs. Douche avec pression et place de parking sous les arbres. A noté que la maison est dans un petit bourg en cours de rénovations d'une petite dizaine de maisons en pierres dont déjà 5/6 sont rénovées. La ville est située à 400m, de quoi se baigner à 15min à pied et un supermarché suffisant pour les vacances à 5min en voiture le tout à 15min de l'autoroute. Un logement parfait et adapté à des séjours pour randonneurs de quelques jours comme de plusieurs semaines.

Ein kleines Juwel an der Küste bei Senj, mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel KrK. Wir haben mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene) in dem super Haus mit den beiden getrennten Einheiten wundervolle warme Herbsttage verbracht, innen und außen alles top! Ivan hat uns an der Küstenstrasse beim Checkin abgeholt, war die gesamte Zeit immer erreichbar & wirklich ein Superhost. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ubytování je blízko dálnice asi 10 min. Při cestování skvělé místo na odpočinek Hostitel skvělý a velmi dobře mluví anglicky Velmi čisté pokoje, úplně nově postavené ubytování . Zařízení úplně nové Každý pokoj vlastní WC Při cestování v 6 lidech optimální a se vším komfortem. Parkování na pozemku. V nocí absolutní klid. Venkovní posezení s ohništěm a grilem vás láká si posedět venku. Domácí pálenka na přivítání neměla chybu Při cestování po Balkánu toto ubytování rozhodně patřilo k těm nejlepším

Premetto che siamo due architetti... e che inizialmente pensavamo che le foto della casa fossero dei RENDER... Ma Sanel ci aveva assicurato che la casa era realmente così.... Beh.... devo dire che Sanel si sbagliava....la casa è Molto più bella delle Foto.... È una casa Fantastica.... Curata in ogni suo aspetto...Arredata con gusto e Funzionale in ogni suo Aspetto. Piscina che vi farà venire voglia di stare lì tutto il giorno. Zona relax per bambini con calcetto, biliardo, freccette....Io devo dirvi che se volete essere in pieno relax e sognare una vita da Attore Hollywoodiano dovete venire a provare questa casa. Bagni per ogni stanza ...Letti King size magnifici.... E visto che per lavoro viaggio molto, devo dirvi che ho trovato Magnifici anche i cuscini. E per la cucina? beh talmente bella che vostra moglie sembrerà uno chef.... per la sua felicità nel cucinarvi. Se volete stare bene questo è la casa da sogno a Vir... Credetemi le parole non bastano per esprimere la sua BELLEZZA.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Lo agradecí muchisimo! Yo soy alergica ❤️ (gracias por tenernos en cuenta)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist wunderschön, und es gibt eine tolle Möglichkeit, in aller Ruhe ins Wasser zu gehen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Umgebung bietet viel Ruhe und Natur. Der Restaurantbetrieb direkt nebenan hat uns nicht gestört. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

Ubytování u paní Jasny bylo perfektní, nádherný být, okolí, prostě vše! Lokalita je výborná pro ty kdo chtějí soukromí. Paní Jasna a manžel jsou velice milí a přátelští lidé a kdykoliv Vam jsou k ruce. Ubytování doporučuji všema deseti. Super!
