Vacation rentals with a pool in Cervia

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. Beautiful spacious accommodation with everything you need. Enjoy swimming, chilling in the Jacuzzi and BBQing. All the peace and space to completely unwind. Marissa is a friendly host who makes sure you don't miss anything and that you can find everything you need.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly, quick, and straightforward. We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
