Apartment vacation rentals in Cervia

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a very good time. So for me, a more than positive experience. The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

The flat is small but adequate for a couple. We found it exactly as it is described. The single air conditioning unit kept the flat cool in the warm evenings. The quiet and secure location is perfect from which to explore the wonderful historical sites of Ravenna. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat. Valentina always responded speedily to any questions that we had and made many great suggestions about food shops, restaurants and local sites. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Robertos is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. You really only have a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 more open ones. Right next to the property there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard for that. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we enjoyed the time very much and will be happy to come back!

You're right on the beach, which is great. The area does not look inviting at first glance. There is no private parking, but on the street there is actually enough space. Check-in and key are all via cell phone.

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

We were warmly and very hospitably received by Simona in her beautiful apartment. This location is recommended, the beach is within walking distance, but it is also a good base to explore the old town and the surroundings of Rimini.

I highly recommend Jacopo's place! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet area. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

Beautiful and functional apartment on the top floor of a villa, located in a strategic area of Milano Marittima. Ample private parking inside the villa. Very accurate host. Great quick and punctual communication. Very pleasant 5 day stay. Also great base for hiking in Cervia, Ravenna, San Marino and interesting places in the area. Our Labrador also had a great time.

Definitely better 💓 Laura and Roberto were very kind, always available for any questions, the accommodation is clean, tidy, there is EVERYTHING to feel at home🥰 and also super convenient to have two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the dishes, pots, and appliances! The apartment is also nice and cool, there is always the shade of the trees that surround it. It seems to me that I can't stop writing about the infinite benefits that I find in that accommodation, you can see that the owners have done everything with logic, they have put their soul into it😍. We will definitely come back again.♥️

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

I had a really nice stay in this apartment! The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly as described. Nothing is missing and all the necessary amenities are there to make you feel at home. The location is very convenient both to the sea and to the center: once you arrive you no longer have to move the car. The nearest supermarket and bakery are less than a 5-minute walk away. What makes the apartment unique is the air that comes in from the balcony overlooking the sea: even on the hottest days it is a certainty! A special thanks to Silvia, who was always available, kind and quick in communications. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for large living spaces and who wants comfort by the sea. If I return to the area, I will definitely choose Silvia's apartment again!

This apartment was perfect for my 5 day Mosaic class in Ravenna. I stayed 7 nights, the location was easy just 7 minute walk down one street from train station. In a great location to get around the old city with grocery options near by. Stefano made the whole experience easy. Initially met me to show the apartment, how to work the TV, stove and where the bike was. The WiFi was reliable. He provided cookies, water, and drinks at arrival. He was flexible to my need to check out 2 hours later. He provided great restaurant options, local brochures and map. The kitchen had just what I needed to use to make simple meals, and heat things up. There was olive oil and salt and pepper. The bed was comfortable, with pillows, and a good shower. The bathroom sink was easy to hand wash. The porch nice to sit and to dry clothes. The apt was recently renovated. The air conditioners worked great in both rooms. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend others to stay there.

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!
