The house is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou.
