Nice 27m² studio with a double bed (160x200cm) and mattress with the best comfort! It is very well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in (I live there when it is not rented, so you feel at home!) The studio is located in downtown Nantes on a very quiet street and overlooks a small garden in the back. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the convention center, the castle, the university hospital and the lively Bouffay district. Transportation, shops, self-service bikes in direct proximity.
