The studio is located in downtown Nantes on a very quiet street and overlooks a small garden in the back. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the convention center, the castle, the university hospital and the lively Bouffay district. Transportation, shops, self-service bikes in direct proximity.

Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its location in the hyper-center, 2 steps from the Opera will allow you to have a pleasant stay for professional or tourist reasons. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.
