Für uns nachvollziehbar und begrüßenswert: der Preis ist für die Lage. Für uns würde zuviel Luxus diese in den Schatten stellen. Ein paar Erneuerungen insbesondere die Einrichtung einer gemütlichen Ecke, in der man es sich gemeinsam und auch mal kuschlig machen kann, würden dennoch nicht schaden. Wir hatten so oder so eine sehr gute Zeit und haben die Naturbegegnungen, die Aussicht, den Sternenhimmel, das Meer und nicht zuletzt das Abseits von überfüllten Stränden ausgiebig genossen.

Der persönliche Kontakt zu Giacomo war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner Lage außerhalb von Marciana Marina. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auch die Berge. An die steile, enge Straße und auch Zufahrt zum Parkplatz haben wir uns recht schnell gewöhnt. Das Haus selbst und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Tipp, außer dem beschwehrlichen Zugang direkt vom Parkplatz, gibt es noch einen 2. Zugang etwas weiter oberhalb von der Straße. Über diesen lässt sich zB. das Gepäck leichter transportieren.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico grazie all'ospitalità e all'entusiasmo di Barbara e Emmanuele, che hanno avuto la gentilezza di trascorre dei momenti indimenticabili con noi, nonostante i loro obblighi lavorativi. L'appartemento è impeccabile : pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. La loro casa è ben situata nella Toscana meridionale, poco distante da centri culturali e archeologici come vetulonia, massa marittima o Grosseto. Belle spiagge son a solo 1/4 d'ora, 20 mn di macchina come Follonica o Castiglione. Insomma se passate in zona, veramente non esitate, fiondatevi ! una caro abbraccio Brenda & Francesco

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation sowie der Check in waren sehr unkompliziert, Gianfrancesco war sehr sympathisch und hat sich Zeit genommen uns die Unterkunft zu zeigen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Unterkunft von Gianfra hat alles zu bieten, was es für es in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von dem fantastischen Ausblick von der Terrasse aus.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Lage war wunderschön und die Zeit sehr entspannend. Vielen Dank :)

Es war einfach toll bei Kety. In dieser Wohnung stimmt alles. Ein Juwel und Bijoux, mit viel Herz und liebe eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und wunderschön mit Sicht aufs Meer, Weinberge und Olivenfelder. Auch hat es viele Restaurants, Shops und Celaterias. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Caterina ist eine sehr nette und sehr bemühte Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer erreichbar, hat uns alles gezeigt alle Sachen erklärt und Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Das Haus ist wunderschön und fernab von jedem Stress. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind einzigartig! Die Mücken haben uns nicht gestört weil wir in dem schönen Wohnzimmer gesessen haben mit einem schönen Rundumblick. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Cicha i spokojna okolica . Valentino jest wspaniałym i przyjaznym gospodarzem. Zawsze pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Polecam z czystym sumieniem - nie zawiedziecie się na tym miejscu i na Valentino.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

We would like to thank the amazing Michaela and Silvio for their INCREDIBLE hospitality. They were super friendly and helpful with how to get there, clarifying the roads, local recommendations etc.. everything we needed they helped with and made us feel very welcome. Their airbnb is beautiful, spacious and very clean. Had all the needed amenities to make the stay comfortable, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. When we return to Elba definitely will stay with them without thinking twice.

Wir hatten richtig schöne Tage in Poggio. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht, und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Wir konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen und kommen gerne wieder! Das einzige, was noch besser hätte sein können, war das Wetter – aber darauf hatte Andrea leider keinen Einfluss. :)

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The place was well designed and special attention went to every aspect of the decoration. The place was also the perfect location for our dog because he was able to run freely in the yard. Lorenzo also recommended the restaurant he works at for dinner and the food was fantastic and in a beautiful location. We highly recommend this beautiful airbnb and staying here for your next trip to the Maremma region.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir konnten Glühwürmchen, eine Wildkatze und viele andere Tiere beobachten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Einfach eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Aber das Beste ist die Gastfreundschaft von Francesco. Er war hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

Rossella è una persona di una disponibilità meravigliosa. La sua mission è metterti a tuo agio, aiutarti e venirti incontro. Ceck (in-out) al top. L'annuncio rispecchia quello che troverai, ma non abbastanza. Quando arrivi su quella terrazza entri in un angolo di Paradiso, ti immergi nella natura (in città), il mare ti avvolge completamente (in casa e fuori), il suo suono è un sottofondo continuo. E' stata un’esperienza unica e privilegiata, non posso che consigliarla vivamente. PS: ottima anche per lavorare. Grazie di cuore a Rossella & Family.
