The "Little Red Cottage" in Cave Springs

Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. We had a wonderful stay, my buddy and I did. It was a brief one. However it definitely felt very yummy. The colors are vibrant and it’s just a wonderful place to hang out not too far from everything but far enough that you don’t feel like you’re crowded. Definitely will be staying here. This home was perfect for us! We were in the area for an extended weekend for a baseball tournament. Our first rental through Vrbo was awful and we had to look for a new rental last minute. Kim got right back to me and allowed us to check in early! It turned our whole stay around. The home was clean and has great character. The outdoor areas - front porch and a barn with a fire pit/patio- were all in excellent condition. The home is close to everywhere but you still feel like you’re in the country. A great gem of a find!

Lisa was a wonderful host! We knew exactly what we needed for check in / check out and had welcome snacks for us when we arrived. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We had a great time at Lisa’s and will see if it’s available to book when returning to Roger’s for another concert.

We were in the area for a wedding. Family came from Florida , Wisconsin and Arkansas, they loved the house and location! Our stay was great, the house was located close to shopping and restaurants but yet the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to get out and walk. Megan was very quick to respond to my questions, she has been very thoughtful ..providing items in the home to make the stay more like "home". Thank you for an effortless and enjoyable week!

Brandie’s townhome was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and we felt right at home. The beds were also super comfy! The only downside was the garage was not big enough to park a normal full size pick up truck, other than that I would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!
