I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to those looking for a pleasant stay without surprises

Absolutely recommended – perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Especially positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars! We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Relaxation oasis on Mount Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating areas to marvel and dream. The house has plenty of space, is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque scenery of Mondavio and Orciano and discover new perspectives again and again. The house and garden give a feeling of vastness, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nimble lizards, a hoopoe, sparrows and fireflies here. The kitchen is very well equipped with many glasses, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners share everything generously.

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be, Irene is a wonderful hostess and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It's just perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone who has an eye for detail feels that everything was taken care of here. A harmony for the eye, which creates peace and balance and well-being. Thank you, Irene.♥️

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

What a wonderful surprise this oasis of peacefulness was. It was even better than I expected. The hosts were gracious and always available. The house was nice and cool even though there was a bit of a heat wave going on. There s a great place for a swim in Cagli clean and easy access ! Not to mention the marvelous culinary experience thanks to the wonderful ideas about their favorite places to dine all of which were unusual and delicious! They love animals so my dog felt right at home. Not to forget the Jazz concert under the castle im Cagli. I will surely come back ! I highly reccomend this place "far from the madding crowd"!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

We had a great time, a lovely, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
