We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked how dark we could make the rooms during the night with the electric shutters.

Alan is a very friendly and thoughtful host. It was a pleasure to stay at his property, that I would recommend 100%! The house itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for holidays. Go for it!

A perfect house, very close by car to the fair, the house is very spacious and with everything you need. The terrace is the icing on the cake.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Alvaro’s place. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, just a short walk from the beach. Alvaro was flexible with check-in and always quick to respond. I highly recommend him as a host!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Very nice, small apartment. Everything you need was there. The terrace with the hot tub, a highlight. The hosts are very nice, likeable and helpful.

We had a great time, a lovely, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically – you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. It really had everything you need – you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we highly recommend her and her place. We will be happy to come back!

Cozy and well-kept apartment, located in a quiet area but close to the sea and the main services. The spaces are bright and clean, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Kind and helpful owners. A great solution for those looking for comfort and convenience in Rimini!

Lovely apartment, super active host and no problems encountered. Perfect location, you can easily walk there, parking 5 minutes away covered for a fee, daily rate €12 Highly recommended !!!

Amazing space and location. Omar's was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen although we didn't really use it was very well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to. 15 minute stroll into Misano and a fantastic little beach 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omar 😊

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
