Vacation rentals with beach access in Cattolica

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Roberta's place is super clean, the area is nice, and it's easy to get there! There is also reserved parking under the house, which is a plus.

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very much appreciated as it was very cool and breezy. Cool apartment equipped with all amenities. You can reach the sea in 5 minutes on foot, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking in the back, closed by a bar. From the parking lot, you can directly reach the apartment with an elevator without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Excellent location a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, Fabrizio a fantastic host, the sofa bed is comfy, easy to check in and out, good value for money and easy to recommend for a group of friends.
