The Sun Mountain Cottage was so cozy, convenient and cute! This is a great location if you’re wanting a mountain view and visiting Garden of The Gods and Pikes Peak. With the chilly nights we got to relax in the hot tub after a day of adventuring, which was the perfect way to vacay! Beth was very responsive and her place was perfect for us:)

Spent our honeymoon and first trip to Colorado with Mary in her cottage! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, we were comfy and had great time. Great location, close to so many great trails and beautiful space!

Beautiful stay in Morristown. Enjoyed being so close to Red Rocks and the area was quaint and we enjoyed the little restaurants and small town feel. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful little home in a cute little town. kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. The location is a good location for Garden of the God's and Pikes peek. We will be returning for future visits

There’s a reason why Jay & Regina have such high ratings. Actually, many reasons! The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tool imaginable. I’m talking Kitchen Aid, blender, two coffee makers, tea kettle and more. They have ALL the basic condiments. Almost every spice imaginable etc. The beds were super comfortable. And thoughtful- extra blankets, easy-to-access outlets and well appointed. There is a workspace in the front of the house with a monitor and lots of space. The first floor bedroom also had a desk. The outdoor space is a small slice of heaven. From the landscaping to the eating area and fire pit. And of course the hot tub. There’s even a propane grill. The location is very close to grocery stores, Walmart, Starbucks etc. It was a little of 20 minutes to CU Boulder. And they are lovely people- very response and right next door. Highly recommend- you won’t regret it!

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

This my 3rd time staying at one of Rex's cabins. Each time everything has been great. Will be returning!

The cottage was perfect for my husband and dog! We felt right at home and the home offered the perfect location to all our hiking adventures! Super peaceful location making it perfect to sit outside and enjoy the views! ☺️

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The location was absolutely beautiful, with great sights all around that made the experience even more special. The host was attentive and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. I’d definitely recommend this spot and would love to return!

Huge kitchen, lots of space. Well worth the money!

Stayed for over 2 months and really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a small town with about a 20 minute drive to the grocery and only a couple of restaurants closer than that. There is a really nice park about a 4 minute drive away that was our daily dog walk routine with a great river walk. If you’re looking for easy access to hikes/nature and a bit of a slower lifestyle, this is the spot!

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Love the location and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

This place had everything that I look for when traveling! It is unique and full of character but at the same time extremely clean and easy to feel at home. Also, it is in a really cool neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here numerous times and intend to do so again in the future. The home meets/exceeds our needs; especially since we bring our dog. We LOVE the location (so close to Garden of the Gods and there is a grocery store nearby)! We have had no issues walking the neighborhood with our dog; even after dark. We enjoy seeing all the deer. The morning of our checkout, we were locked out (glitch with the lock) and Sophie responded as soon as possible to save the day! Thank you!

Wonderful cottage ….. nearby to everything you could want to do! We love hiking and did tons of interesting, fun and as challenging or easy as you would want. The cottage was clean, cozy, and peaceful!

maggie is fantastic! she gave me great info right when i booked and again the day i was scheduled to arrive at her place. overall, as a female solo traveller, i felt so safe and maggie let me know she and her husband were reachable! her place was clean, cozy, warm, and homey!! there was a great binder full of local recommendations. lots of parking and lots of stuff in walking distance. the pillows and bed were so cozy and the water in the shower got nice and toasty! all the linens smelled fresh and i loved having access to a full kitchen--i'm planning on returning in a few months because i had such a great experience.

Fran's place was perfect and just as described! She helped us in a pinch by letting us check in earlier than expected due to our previous Airbnb needing to be cleaned. She went above and beyond, her place was small but like other reviews stated it had everything you could want! Would highly recommend! I did get to use the soaking tub after finishing the incline in the rain and it was the perfect way to end the day!

Very nice place! Extremely clean, great location, prompt and helpful communication from host! My wife and I had a great time exploring all the attractions close by. Great food and beautiful surroundings! We highly recommend!

We had a lovely holiday stay in Lazlo's cozy cottage. Lazlo was very communicative and accommodating. The bed and bedroom were comfortable, we had space in the living room to wrap presents, and it was great to have access to a washer and dryer. The Old North End is a lovely neighborhood - we were just a 10-15 min walk from our family's home, it was so convenient for us.

Terra and Tony’s place was really great and they were excellent hosts. The home is thoughtfully designed, perfectly stocked with essentials, and very well-located in the City Park neighborhood. Terra went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay by purchasing a steamer for our wedding outfits. 10/10 would stay again!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. We were a Mom, Dad, Uncle and a 3 1/2 year old. Plenty of room. Hope we can book it again. Family in the area… Maybe I should keep all this good stuff to myself!😂Thanks for a great place to stay!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The attention to detail made it feel both cozy and upscale, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful touches around the space. The Jessi and Karl were incredibly responsive and kind, offering great recommendations and making check in seamless. The location was perfect close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
