Two separate bedrooms from the main living/dining area make this home ideal for a family of four, or two couples. Chur is a gateway for many activities in the region with many shops, restaurants, and cafés.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Charming 2 1/2 room apartment, separate entrance

2 ½ room apartment in an 18th century house, classified by the Graubünden monument as worthy of protection. The apartment is furnished with some nice antiques. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very central, also easily accessible by public transport. Many ski resorts and hiking routes are close. Chur the oldest city in Switzerland is 15 minutes away. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
