Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

Such a unique place to stay! The host was very sweet with great recommendations. We had a little trouble with the stove but she was super responsive and helped walk us through any minor issues we had. I wish we would of had more time to explore.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit privater Dachterrasse, Tischtennisplatte im Innenhof und super Erreichbarkeit von ÖPNV und 24/7 Lebensmittelläden. Wir durften zu Acht anreisen und in der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Von Handtüchern und Bettzeug mit ausreichend Schlafplatz für uns Alle bis hin zu Kosmetikartikeln und Küchenutensilien. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der schnelle und unkomplizierte Austausch mit dem Gastgeber und der flexible Check In und Check Out. Gern wieder!

Viaggio da anni e ho avuto modo di soggiornare in tantissimi hotel e Airbnb in tutto il mondo… ma posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, che questo alloggio è stato uno dei migliori in assoluto. Fin dal primo momento, il check-in è stato impeccabile: ci è stato spiegato tutto nel dettaglio, sia sull’alloggio che su cosa fare a Roma. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L’appartamento? Semplicemente perfetto. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con ogni comfort immaginabile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato cibo, vino, acqua, birra… e poi una macchina del caffè fantastica, kit di benvenuto con salviettine struccanti, lamette, vanity bag… davvero tutto ciò che si possa desiderare, e anche di più! Il letto era enorme e comodissimo, l’ambiente pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Davvero, meriterebbe 6 stelle su 5. Potrei continuare a scrivere per ore, perché è stato tutto perfetto.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Emilio. Emilio est très sympathique et réactif. Pour notre petit séjour à Rome, nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre et correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Emilio.

Esperienza molto positiva: l'appartamento è davvero bello e completo di ogni accessorio e comfort per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Unico nostro errore è l'aver deciso di cenare fuori casa, quando sul terrazzo avremmo potuto godere di una bellissima vista del tramonto sul mare. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host. Super :)

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante mi visita a Roma y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos: restaurantes, supermercados, transporte público y muchos puntos turísticos. El barrio es seguro, bonito y muy bien conectado. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Destaco especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible para ayudar y con muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por que tu estadía sea perfecta. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!
