Villa vacation rentals in Castel Gandolfo

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

We had a good stay at Francescas apartment. The communication with Francesca was very good, the check-in was easy and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed :)

Stefano is a detail-oriented, tasteful, warm-hearted host, and has its own property operating model.This small green house is very new and clean, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures, you can find anything you need in every corner of the room, even the utensils in the cupboard are very nice and cute!The lemon tree in front of the house also drops fresh lemons every day which is new to me haha.But to go to the attractions and the airport can only take a bus or taxi, it will take a little time, which makes this small house very quiet, suitable for a comfortable rest!In addition, the sandwich at the little coffee shop in the alley is also very delicious, we go there every day and sit for a while before we go out, generally very, very satisfied.🥰

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The place is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Alessandro was a kind and responsive host, always available to help. The house was well-equipped and comfortable for our group. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the lovely outdoor space. We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Lovely accommodation , well equipped with all amenities . We were a group of 14 and had a lovely stay. The property is very fresh and everything feels like it is new . The host gave very good instructions which made our stay comfortable . The house is close to the metro station , so very convenient to travel from here .

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

You can breathe peace and serenity, a charming place a stone's throw from Rome. A real corner of paradise, a very kind welcome and a very familiar environment. I'll definitely be back to get away from the city! Thank you Marina 😃

We had a great week at the house. The place invites peace, relaxation, and fun with family and friends. The pool was a hit with kids and adults. Every morning the pool was cleaned. Communication with Guido was really good, and Martina, who greeted us, was hugely welcoming and good to communicate with. The warmest recommendations for this lovely place!

I was captivated by the photo, so I contacted the two hosts, who were extremely courteous and quick to respond and give me an appointment to see the place in person. Beautiful villa and low costs, it was perfect for the stay and for organizing a party. Everyone was impressed by the place and the villa, so much so that we will undoubtedly return. In addition, the two hosts suggested nearby places to shop (they even thought of some very good local products) and to better organize myself, making everything easier and special. As soon as we have the opportunity to organize another gathering, both for a party and for a long weekend of relaxation, it will undoubtedly be our destination. I am also ready to suggest some goodies to make the place even more full of surprises! Thank you very much.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.
