Cottage vacation rentals in Casey Key, Florida

House is very nice and comfortable in great location on the island. Location was outstanding few steps from the beach less than five minutes walk beach furniture are not enough for the number of people so plan ahead how you’re gonna get beach furniture from Goodwill or people who are already leaving. It’s very convenient to be close from anywhere on the island And there are restaurants and gift shops five minutes walking from there. Kitchen was great and very well equipped the pool and the hot tub was amazing. Furniture overall was very comfortable but if you use special pillows bring it with you. The isolated room is a great plus but two rooms have no privacy at all and one of the bathrooms doesn’t even lock They take the number of people in the house very seriously so if u have friends with u in the trip but not staying in the same house don’t invite them over. Cheryl was a good communicator even after check out. Love Anna Maria and will be back soon

We had the best time - it was everything we could've wanted in a rental! This was our first time staying in Holmes Beach and we loved it. The house is close to everything in town. We used and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that Craig provides - the golf cart (a must!), beach cruisers, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool, hot tub and hammock were also a highlight for us. We can't wait to come back!

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

Very nice cottage was perfect for weekend getaway

From the moment we arrived at this top-rated “Quaint Cottage,” we knew we’d found something special. This charming retreat sets the bar for excellent stays. Inside, every detail felt outstanding—from the freshly laundered linens and plush towels to the fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Madeline’s communication was first-class, offering clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that turned our weekend into a seamless escape. Every little touch—from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the thoughtful supply of beach chairs and umbrellas—was superior… the gold standard of hospitality. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more: just a quick four-minute stroll to Crescent Beach’s powdery white sands, turquoise blue water and deep red, yellow and orange sunsets. Within steps you’ll find a lineup of dining options—fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants, laid-back bars serving sunset cocktails, and cozy cafés perfect for post-beach coffee. In every way, our stay was awesome!

This is a BEAUTIFUL place. There was a lovely welcome basket with toiletries when we arrived. Lots of fun board games. The back patio with hot tub are incredible, at night it is amazing. The host was really proactive in communicating with us, and was a pleasure to work with. Very, very quiet inside as well. With 2 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, you have lots of options. My son kept begging us to stay another day! We would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Marc is the owner of the property, but Dave, the property manager, is the real MVP. I’ve never met the man in person, but I can tell you—Dave isn’t built like the rest. I am a director in sales, (had the fam tag along for my meeting in sarasota) and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. His attention to detail and proactive communication were honestly next level. The morning of our arrival, Dave reached out to let us know the crew had finished cleaning early and offered us an early check-in—which was a huge win with kids who were antsy to get to the beach. Then, without any prompting, he followed up on our departure day to offer a late checkout. We had an early flight and couldn’t take advantage of it, but the offer alone speaks volumes about his thoughtfulness. The place itself had everything: bikes, cornhole, table tennis—and even pool floats that were awesome to use in the ocean, too! It was a perfect little spot to spend quality time with my family. Place was perfect. Close to beach and eatery’s. Very Florida like with the gardens all around. Had everything we needed. She was sweet as well as her husband.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, you'll find it here. We had an amazing experience at the Lazy Gator ! Cottage is equipped with everything you could need, including alligators that swim by and bass jumping out of the water. We would definitely return. Thanks Josh!

it was a good place to stay at

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

This was our second summer in a row staying at the cottages. We always have a blast.

This place is a dream. So beautiful and unique just like the photos! It was the perfect size and the pool and grill was amazing! So clean, so beautiful both inside and out and every part of it was perfect! All the amenities and extras from the pool equipment to the furniture was so well thought through for the space. We loved eating at SALT that is a two min walk and the transportation is just around the corner. I travelled with my 80 and 83 year old parents and they found it very easy to get around and access. The sunset on the beach across the road was breathtaking and so easy to get too! Clean and friendly. We loved everything about this place! The best I have ever stayed in. Host was very easy to communicate with and able to help with any questions I had! We had a blast Thankyou!!!

My wife and I loved it. We spent 2 weeks there and it was a perfect place in a perfect location. Highly recommended and we will plan a re-visit if it’s available on my next trip.

We had a very pleasant stay. Sandra and Kim were great to deal with including special accommodations for a late night arrival. We really did feel like guests in every sense. I guess the best thing I can say is that we are back in Bradenton next week and looking forward to another stay.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Everything was clean and well-decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having the golf cart to run around in! The host also provided beach chairs and a kayak to use, which was very handy. The area is pleasant, situated in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis and basketball courts across the street. Anna Maria is a happy little island, with a lot of good food and entertainment, and a number of beach areas to choose from. Lynda was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided a lot of easy -to-follow instructions for the house, as well as lots of helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back!

The Palmetto Cottage was a lovely getaway! We stayed for just under a week, and enjoyed our time there. It was great to be able to cook our own meals & swim in the pool, and still head to the beach & enjoy the ocean when we wanted to. And it’s close enough that we went into Tampa one evening for a nice dinner out. Thank you for such a lovely, cozy space!

This was a great stay for our family of 5 while visiting the Sarasota area. Beds were comfy, extra pillows and blankets available, very well stocked kitchen. AC worked great. We did have a small issue with the bunk beds not being made and a coverlet that was dirty. The host was quick to respond and even refunded part of our cleaning fee to compensate us. We were pleased with how it was handled. Don’t miss visiting The Ringling (plan to spend all day), Caspersen Beach (for shark teeth), the point of Anna Maria Island (for tons of huge shells and beautiful beaches with lots of wildlife). We also really liked this little neighborhood. Be sure to walk around the corner to meet Sheldon the tortoise.

I travel regularly for work. I’ve stayed at dozens of AirBnbs throughout the country. This was my best experience by a mile. I was legitimately sad to leave. Can’t recommend this spot enough!!!

Fabulous time at hidden cove - only thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 beach chairs so if you’re with a bunch of beach bound guests that could be a consideration. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we want to be in the Bradenton area.
