Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A marina, onde tem a oferta de mergulho ou pesca desportiva esta a 5 minutos a pé. Campos de golfe, ténis e padel a 5 minutos de carro. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

My home is located in a historic city district where everything is close by: beaches, restaurants, transportation, shops, and market. Everything is done on foot, you no longer have to park the car in the parking lot of the residence. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
