Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cascais

We just finished a fabulous five night stay and highly recommend. Gui greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home. It is a historic home so there are some quirks, though nothing crazy. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 (ages 12-70). The location absolutely cannot be beat - we never walked more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go which was much appreciated at the end of the night! There is noise as the home is centrally located but that is a worthwhile trade off for the location. Washer (line dry) worked well and there were umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc for the beach. We did not cook at the house so cannot provide a review but kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There is only AC in two of the rooms but there are shutters that help keep the heat of the day out and there were two fans available as well. Especially for the price and location, this is a great home for a large group.

Nice house! Great location with walking distance to the Guincho Beach over the sand dunes. Complete kitchen.The dinning/living room is very cozy, with a view of the ocean through one of the windows, which was a nice surprise! On the nice days, we place the outdoor chairs provided in the garden and had time to relax and chat with friends under the shade of the trees. One of the days was very windy and rainy, and we had fun playing Jenga in the dining room. The house is well furnished and has everything you might need including washing machine and dishwasher. I would recommend!

I rented this house for my parents when they were in town for a visit -- it's a great space with an amazing view and they loved it. The kitchen and dining area was great to join them for dinner and if we had planned ahead more we definitely would've taken advantage of the bbq grill in the garden!

We were very kindly hosted by Paula and Anselmo, with a small glass of porto and pastei de nata. Accommodation is pleasant, clean and properly equipped. The car has its place in the garden . We are very close to everyone , shops (you can walk to a large shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants). The beaches are close by too. Recommended rental no problem☺️

Great stay in a nicely designed apartment with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace is a very nice addition where we could catch some sun and have breakfast as the place itself is a bit dark but probably offers a cool retreat on hot summer days. The narrow staircase to the 2nd floor (bedroom) might be a challenge for people who are not very mobile or for carrying bigger luggage. All in all we had a great time at La Quinta and would highly recommed it for exploring the area as it is close to the train station.

Clean, presentable, and a well curated use of space for a studio apartment. The charm of the property and delightful balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the dappled evening sunshine was perfect! We had everything we could possibly need, and the location to the local beach and station was ideal! Great spot with a lovely view over Cascais and to the ocean. Nice location to walk into Cascais and great restaurants and stores right outside the door across the street. Comfy bed and good wifi!

Incredible stay. Manuel and Teresa were exceptionally kind and helpful. The space was, clean and comfortable with lots of privacy but Manuel and Teresa right next door if you need anything. The spot is ideal because it’s right across the street from a beach but still quiet and private. It’s within walking distance to the busier Cascais area and the walk is along a great boardwalk with beaches and restaurants along the way. It’s also very close walking distance to a small supermarket, cafe, mini market and restaurant. Getting there from Lisbon was easy on the train and I was able to get to the house with no problems with my big backpack. Manuel and Teresa were extremely helpful with anything I needed and also helped me with everything when I had a medical issue. This was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot to stay with my older parents as well as my 2 young children. Lots of privacy on a quiet street. We even enjoyed meeting the neighbour's friendly dog. I would recommend staying here anytime!

gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in a central and peaceful location. very spacious and bright, with modern appliances and charming decor. the cute balcony is a plus on sunny days!highly recommended! i’m definitely coming back!

It was really a great location, couldn't have been better! Fantastic roof terrace too. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and sheets/towels needed to be replaced with new ones. There was also an easy stop in the sink and shower. BUT, these are just minor mistakes that can easily be changed and we would still have liked to come back. Very nice host and even nicer location. Book!

Thanks for a great stay and nice hospitality! Emi always responded to us right away and was very friendly. The space is cozy. For us as a family of 4, it was a little tight, for couples it is perfect!!

Daniel is an incredible host! We arrived very late in the evening and he was so kind to meet us at that hour to show us all the amazing features of the home. His home is gorgeous! We made great use of the gym, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, which is as an extra special highlight! City center and restaurants are a short drive away. Daniel’s restaurant recommendations were very helpful. Would absolutely stay again if we are ever in Portugal again. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

Besides it was a short stay as we were crossing thru Portugal, it was a sweet experience and we simply loved the place. I easily could see myself enjoying a longer staying week or more, comfortable, cozy, good neighborhood. Close to the sea. Diogo is an excellent host.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

This beautiful penthouse property was more than just a luxurious place for me to stay during my May 2025 visit to Cascais. It was my home away from home, and our warm and attentive hostess made it so. Our penthouse apartment was lovingly maintained, comfortable, and situated in walking distance to everything we wanted to be close to. For us, it was less than a ten minute stroll to beaches, transportation, ocean front restaurants, and the old city center. There is even a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away should traveling to one of the best coastal towns in all of Portugal to do your own cooking sound perfect to you. But, I expect that with all of the great dining options in and around town and this apartment, and with world class dining in Lisbon being only a thirty minute or so train ride away, you will end up just shopping for a great bottle of Portuguese wine to sip on the comfortable and spacious terrace that overlooks the ocean in this very fine accommodation.

We loved staying here. Super comfortable, clean and safe, and very close to amazing restaurants and fun stuff to see. Our hosts were amazing and mapped out several great suggestions of things for us to do, which were all fantastic. We definitely would stay here again and look forward to our next trip to Cascais and would love to stay at our hosts Airbnd again.

Cristina’s place is perfect for a stay in Cascais - particularly if you have a young child as high chair, and cot kindly provided. There is a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and enclosed garden. The apartments are very secure and have great planting. Would highly recommend.

Sunny, comfortable and well-maintained condo with all the amenities needed. Very well-stocked kitchen (plenty of dishes, wine glasses, cooking ware, etc.). Very close (short walking distance) to many restaurants in the touristic centro, including more local flavor restaurants (just a few blocks further, but so worth it!). The train station just down the street is also a big plus - 30 minute ride to Lisbon enjoying the scenery while avoiding the heavy traffic. A good base for visiting the area of Lisbon (Sintra for instance). Rui was a very responsive and proactive host. Great communication!
