O apartamento está num prédio de 100 anos de idade, no Cascais antigo. O apartamento consiste num sotão transformado, com chão e teto de madeira. Tem um salão cheio de luz, dois simpáticos quartos, uma casa de banho com pequena banheira, uma cozinha totalmente equipada, e um terraço com vista de mar ao longe. Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. Praia, golf, tenis, cavalos, vela, mergulho, passeios na serra, passeios no mar, casino, museus, musica ao vivo, castelos, palácios, um centro cultural, são muitas das actividades de que podem disfrutar nesta zona. Estou certo de que vão ter uma bela estadia. Quanto a transportes públicos, o comboio para Lisboa e o bus para Sintra apanham-se a apenas 500 metros do apartamento. O Central Charming Attic, é um espaço muito acolhedor, para apreciadores onde se vai sentir bem.

House with Magnificent Sea View and Heated Pool

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. In the afternoon (after a quick nap of course) maybe a stroll in dowtown Cascais, an icecream from Santini, and how about a jog near the ocean? In the evening, the Cascais Marina is calling for an exquisite dinner, overlooking the boats and the sea. All a short walking distance. Sounds like a plan? ;)
