Greg's Brunswick Cottage was perfect for us. Homely with welcoming, thoughtful supplies that were much appreciated. Greg was wonderfully flexible regarding check in and check out. His communication was excellent. We found his information booklet regarding transport, restaurants/cafes etc most helpful. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the pots & pans & utensils needed to cook meals. We happily fully recommend Greg as a host and his Brunswick Cottage for a superb Melbourne stay. Thanks Greg.

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

I stayed in this charming one-bedroom Fitzroy house while visiting my daughter and found it a lovely, well-located base. The bright downstairs area had a large back window and a small patio — perfect for nice weather. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, even with milk for tea, and all linens and essentials were provided. The airy loft bedroom was comfortable and mostly quiet. The host was excellent — quick to respond and helpful with local tips. One caveat: there was active construction on both sides of the house. While not constant, some days included noise from heavy equipment and hammering, which might matter if you’re home during the day. Otherwise, a great stay just two blocks from the tram and easy walking distance to everything Fitzroy offers.

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

Great location, easy access to public transport and amenities. Beautifully decorated, a lovely space to escape to.

Naomi is a great host and her place is very comfortable. It’s a cute terrace with a modern upgrade in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and Naomi was very happy to help out when contacted.

We really enjoyed the location, very convenient for Lygon St restaurants and the tram. Very comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen, and tidy presentation. Katrina was very responsive, thanks for the stay (4 nights, one couple).

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Mel's apartment in Clifton Hill, a great spot for us during our visit to Melbourne with easy access to tram and trains. A comfortable bed with good linens,a great shower and a welcome selection of tea, coffee and breakfast sundries. Good communication with Mel ,always with a quick response Close to the house the corner shop ,nearby small supermarket were useful and The Dirty Apron cafe was a favourite coffee spot as well as Uncle Drew's Cafe. It was an ideal spot for us when visiting our daughter in Thornbury with easy access to Flinders street and Central Melbourne tourist spots

Fabulous location surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and an easy walk to Gertrude and Smith Streets. This is not my first stay at Keoma and it won’t be my last. It’s a great spot for a family to hangout while exploring Melbourne, especially if you love walking the streets and soaking up the atmosphere. The accommodation is clean and spacious, hosts are responsive and the heating in each of the rooms meant we stayed warm over a wet and cold weekend. The hosts respond quickly to questions and requests. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here and the hosts Jared and Kristy were lovely and very responsive! Studio was nice, cozy and clean. It was more spacious than we expected for the 3 of us. Weather was freezing in Melb and a heater was also kindly set up for us. Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful Carlton Gardens and easily walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs (e.g. Fitzroy). We left our car in the car park and walked everywhere we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (also appreciated the recommendations by the hosts). Apartment complex is very secure (incl. car park). We'd like stay here when we visit Melb again in the near future.

Great location, just minutes walk from Lygon St, but really peaceful! Very easy space to be in and a well equiped kitchen.

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We loved our stay at Michelle’s. This place is 5stars, beautiful touches of thoughtful items for guests, condiments, oils and a stocked pantry of useful items for cooking, beautiful crockery and fluffy towels. The bed is super comfy, couch and sitting area was great to relax after day exploring, working etc. University just around corner and work space perfect to catch up on study, work etc. Walking distance and easy access to the city centre and Queen Victoria markets We will be back and recommend this place to couples when they are in Melbourne. Michelle thinks of the guest experience at all times, with so many nice/thoughtful items. Thanks Michelle for hosting us. Beautiful place.

The studio apartment was spacious and well fitted out. A great location, within walking distance to Lygon Street cafes and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.

We stayed 5 weeks in the apartment and loved it. It’s bright, airy and has everything we needed to feel at home. Great location in the heart of Hawthorn and so close to train station, trams and lots of great food places. Highly recommend.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with astonishing night view. There's still room for improvement on the cleanness of bedding sets.
