We loved our stay here and the hosts Jared and Kristy were lovely and very responsive! Studio was nice, cozy and clean. It was more spacious than we expected for the 3 of us. Weather was freezing in Melb and a heater was also kindly set up for us. Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful Carlton Gardens and easily walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs (e.g. Fitzroy). We left our car in the car park and walked everywhere we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (also appreciated the recommendations by the hosts). Apartment complex is very secure (incl. car park). We'd like stay here when we visit Melb again in the near future.

Vicki was a great host, clear and precise communication and the accommodation she provided was excellent. The location is great, easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Off street parking is also a bonus for car owners.

Nice location to public transportation. Comfortable and well stocked. Safe location. My granddaughter enjoyed the playground right outside. Definitely recommended.

We loved our stay here! Very quiet despite being right on Smith St and great to stay in a building with so much character. Easy walking distance to Gertrude St and right on the tram line, with heaps of vintage and small boutiques nearby. Hugo left clear instructions and checkin was easy. This is now our go to for Fitzroy 😊

This property was perfect for our stay in Melbourne and in very close proximity to family. The location offered amazing cafe/dining options with trams at our doorstep. The apartment was well furnished and generously equipped. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Greg’s place is a haven in the city. We love Lygon Street and this apartment is the perfect place to stay. Beautifully laid out, everything you could need. Cosy and warm but a gentle subtle vibe too. Super comfy beds with lovely linen and towels. Honestly a fabulous weekend all round. So pleased to have found this little gem - Greg we will be back

Such a lovely and spacious house with many rooms! I appreciated the thoughtful touches of tea and coffee available, and the living room was equally cozy for my large family to gather. The house is right at the main road so maybe a little busy when it's rush hour but else, all is good. Thank you for a good experience in Melbourne!

Greg's Brunswick Cottage was perfect for us. Homely with welcoming, thoughtful supplies that were much appreciated. Greg was wonderfully flexible regarding check in and check out. His communication was excellent. We found his information booklet regarding transport, restaurants/cafes etc most helpful. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the pots & pans & utensils needed to cook meals. We happily fully recommend Greg as a host and his Brunswick Cottage for a superb Melbourne stay. Thanks Greg.

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

A well equipped and immaculate home backed up by a responsive and approachable host. Thoroughly recommended. Know where we’ll want to stay when we visit our daughter.

Chris’s place was great, we loved the eclectic style, there were so many interesting features of the place. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk into Fitzroy as well as being close to the tram stop. Chris was also so friendly and accommodating. He made our trip so much easier, especially when you’re coming to a cityyou don’t know you don’t want it to feel difficult. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Mel's apartment in Clifton Hill, a great spot for us during our visit to Melbourne with easy access to tram and trains. A comfortable bed with good linens,a great shower and a welcome selection of tea, coffee and breakfast sundries. Good communication with Mel ,always with a quick response Close to the house the corner shop ,nearby small supermarket were useful and The Dirty Apron cafe was a favourite coffee spot as well as Uncle Drew's Cafe. It was an ideal spot for us when visiting our daughter in Thornbury with easy access to Flinders street and Central Melbourne tourist spots

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week. Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
