The house "Côté château" is in a pedestrian street, there is 5 minutes walking to the Cité and 800 meters to the Bastide (downtown of the Cité). The house is completly eqquiped for a conveniant and enjoyable stay for young and old alike. Two little patios enable to eat the breakfast or have an aperitif. The kitchen is eqquiped with a frige-freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, microwave, cafetiere, kettle. There are in the house lots of games, books, DVD's.

The exterior of the house displays a warm neutral facade, complemented by two sets of wooden shutters. A welcoming entrance is framed by potted plants. The windows are adorned with decorative ironwork, offering a charming architectural detail.

At the foot of the ramparts and a somewhat secret staircase leading to the heart of the medieval city, our charming, fully renovated and equipped house is ideal for your family! You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel. Every morning, you will enjoy delicious pastries delivered to your door.

This well-equipped accommodation is located in the city center, close to the halls and Place Carnot, a 15-minute walk from the Medieval City. You will find all the shops and many restaurants. One free space in the underground parking lot. A few steps from the city center, walks or bike rides along the Aude or the Canal du Midi. Festival in July and Magie de Noël. Nearby, Gouffre de Cabrespine, Caunes Minervois marble village, the Book Village in Montolieu, etc...
