Our 18th Century Master's house provides, rest and relaxation, the perfect spot to explore the Occitanie region and just 12km from the UNESCO heritage city of Carcassonne. With access to our 12 x5.5 metre pool, roof terraces, 2000m² mature garden and secluded bbq area you'll be sure to enjoy your visit to the Aude region. The accommodation is 3 in apartments over 3 floors all connected by a central staircase. We live on site in the house and look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Air-conditioned 37 m2 studio with mezzanine facing the pool, newly furnished, adjoining our residence in a charming village Conques sur Orbiel 9 km from our beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne. Possibility to come by plane with Carcassonne airport, we are 15 minutes from it. Buses depart from the airport to the city, Warsaw and the train station then connections to Conques (RTCA). Or also great, Anthony Taxi for 20 to 30 euro. Bus stop 100 meters from the house.

La Porte Médiévale, private parking

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is located at the foot of the main entrance of the medieval city with direct views of it, not far from the city center and a few minutes from the Canal du Midi and train station. This one has a closed garage if you want to use it, suitable for cars, bikes or motorcycles, comfortable and spacious, the perfect place for a stay in Carcassonne Everything is provided, sheets, towels, condiments

In Limoux, at the gates of the upper Aude Valley, and 25 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, 27 m2 single-story cottage, all comforts. Ideal for solo travelers, couples or 3 or 4 people. Limoux is very lively in all seasons: in winter, the carnival lasts 3 months, and in summer, there are many activities (concerts, night markets, shows, etc.). You can enjoy many walks and tours: Cathar castles, Blanquette cellars and local wines, lakes, rivers. No pets. No smoking.

Nelly's Studio

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Mediterranean Delights

Outside you will enjoy these garden lounges and a 40,000 m2 wooded park, closed for the tranquility of children as well as a mini farm (the animals are in their own enclosure) where you can enjoy fresh eggs in a quiet and peaceful place an indoor pool available to you and free of charge as well as a petanque court your vehicle will be safe right in front of the accommodation, to facilitate the unloading of your luggage.
