Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

My daughter and I were touring the UC Santa Cruz campus and Lisa's place was the perfect home base. We were close to the school but nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in the forest. Lisa was great throughout and showed warm hospitality from booking until we left. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was the perfect setting for our vacation with multiple families and young children. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen that made group meals a breeze to thoughtful amenities that made traveling with little ones so much easier. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying ourselves. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

It's a beautiful house. My friends and I had a wonderful stay! Andy was proactive in reaching out to me with clear instructions to get into the property. Inside the Airbnb, Andy had a detailed instruction manual of how to operate everything --extremely helpful. The only issue we couldn't figure out was how to turn the fan on (both light and the actual fan part), but it wasn't a big deal in the end. There were plenty of lamps and other lights that lit the space well. The Airbnb is small, yet spacious and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The backyard was a lovely place to relax and eat dinner too! Thank you, Andy!

We enjoyed the beautiful location with an easy walk to the ocean and nearby nature bridges park. The home was clean, welcoming and comfortable and the bedroom layout worked great for our family. It includes nice amenities with the hot tub and fire pit outdoors. The host was very responsive and friendly!

My family was so happy with our stay there. My 20 month old son was excited to see that he had many toys and books to play with. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, they were very accommodating, thank you again for everything.

It’s a nice place. Looks newly renovated. Nice shoe storage, patio with furniture to sit. Pool view. Laura has stocked most of the things needed. Spices, enough dishwasher pods, laundry detergen etc.. Pots and pans looked little old. Check-in is very easy and the auto lock works really well. One assigned car parking was given. Not easy to get a parking spot on street. A nice stay overall. Felt like home..

Absolutely beautiful property! Studio was very spacious and comfortable. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Location was perfect and close to shops and restaurants. The beach was close by and had magnificent views. We highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to visit again! Cheers!

I chose this stay for my annual lady trip. We frequent the Aptos/Capitola/Santa Cruz area a lot for friends and family and chose this area for the beach/village convenience. Parking was great, I personally loved driving my truck up the small hill. Cameras were excellent for ensuring our safety! Easy to get in and easy access to both the parking/backyard and the village/beach via the small stairs. This place was loaded with amenities and was easy to use them. Loved the little radio for breakfast and clean up! The comforter on the king bed was out of this world comfy. The board games and photography books were a hit when hanging back at the airbnb for midday nights and late night chats with my girlies. Water pressure and heat was fantastic. Futons, king bed, space heater, and fireplace made for very cozy nights/early mornings. The large windows were great for views! Jaime was a great host, my group mentioned her communication and responsiveness was on point!

Lovely stay for a few weeks! Clean, fully stocked, and pictures look exactly like the unit. The complex was quiet with security staff at night/early morning. Kathleen was quick to respond as well! Would def stay again.

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

Tranquility Base…surely lived up to its name. So comfortable, so charming we felt like a part of the forest. The whole place had so much personality we felt right at home Magical and enchanting getaway Highly recommended We’ll be back

A lovely, cozy escape in the redwoods! We absolutely loved the outdoor fire pit area – perfect for evenings under the trees. The master bedroom was also fantastic and very comfortable. A great stay overall!

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin in the Redwoods. What a beautiful location, of course the pictures do not do it justice. Literally nestled in the center of towering redwoods. The kids loved the swingset, art room, game room and of course exploring the yard for banana slugs. The cabin was much bigger than we expected, we definitely plan on returning in the future. As our first stay ever in an airbnb, this was the best place for a get away ❤️ Surrounded by nature in a beautiful home. All as pictured and described. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

We had THE BEST stay at Paige’s cabin in Felton. I can it say enough great things about Paige’s responsiveness and flexibility — from early check-in to allowing some friends to come over for a BBQ. Paige was so reasonable and accommodating, and super quick with her responses! The cabin itself was perfect for us. The proximity to Henry Cowell and downtown Felton couldn’t have been better. Surrounded by redwoods, with multiple outdoor seating options, this spot was exactly what we were looking for. We had fires in the wood burning stove in the chilly mornings and bonfires at night. The cabin is beautifully appointed, and the thoughtfulness and attention-to-detail was next level. We will be back! We’ve decided Paige’s cabin will be our place every time we’re in town. Thank you for such a great stay!
