This has been one of our favorite stays. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by Redwood trees. The views were stunning! We enjoyed going on adventures during the day (Henry Cowell State Park, Santa Cruz boardwalk) and then relaxing on the property in the evening. The hammock and hot tub were really nice extras! We would definitely stay here again.

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

From the great communication & responsive host ... to the welcoming cookies... to the private adorable backyard and extensive amenities ... it has it ALL! Great location all around and just a short walk to the beach too! We will definitely be back!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

A lovely space for our family of four. The host, Gabriel, was very helpful and provided lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. And he notified us that we could have a later check out time which was perfect for our short weekend stay, making it feel even longer. The beach is very accessible and beautiful and the neighbors were friendly - even helped us jump our car. A lovely space to visit. Highly recommend it!

We had an awesome stay! The cabin is beautiful, with a perfect backyard for our pup to play while we enjoyed sitting around a fire. It’s the perfect little place to relax. Also, the host was very accommodating with our requests, which made our cross country road trip easy. Would recommend for sure!

Very nice place in a great location. As others have mentioned, the street noise in the front bedroom may be a bit much for light sleepers, but otherwise it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Gia was a great host!

Great find! This home has so much to offer and perfect for families…we didn’t even turn on the TV. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Games, blocks, exercise mats, books, fire pit, etc. Located between Felton & Boulder Creek, plenty of good food and grocery near by. Quiet and private, but still close to everything. Tamara was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to stay again.

Beautiful location nestled within a vineyard. Cabin was spotless and spacious. Back patio was peaceful with lush views of a rambling creek and trees. Highly recommend! Also recommend BBQ 152 in Gilroy just 5 miles away.

A beautiful casita on the west side of Santa Cruz. An open living space, fireplace, comfortable furniture make it warm and charming. Thoughtful extras, like flowers, wine, chocolate make this a really special place! Really appreciated the kitchen and everything that it provided. And a very comfortable bed! Gavin and Jenna were warm, friendly and proactive. I lived my stay. I highly recommended it!

My father and I had a great time staying at Eric's beach bungalow situated in the quiet and very walkable Pleasure Point neighborhood of Santa Cruz. The coolest thing about Eric's place in my opinion is the Zen like backyard. It even has a torii gate and bell made with repurposed materials. My morning ritual involved sitting for a few peaceful minutes in the backyard and then ringing the makeshift bell a few times. If you are a surfer visiting Santa Cruz in the late spring or summer, there is no finer place to stay than Eric's beach bungalow. You will have just a five minute walk to the stairs to Outside Pleasure Point. Note that vast majority of the people surfing here are on longboards. That is because of the soft breaking waves and extremely long paddle. Jack's (38th Avenue) is just a seven minute walk further down. The paddle out isn't nearly as long. Mid tide seems to be best for these Pleasure Point spots but you will see people out at all tides.

Wow!! A great find! Gorgeous and serene surroundings with a SPOTLESS perfectly outfitted cottage. Every part of the cabin is thoughtfully decorated and well stocked. All the decor matches and has such sweet charm to it. It smelled lightly of peppermint when I arrived and all the linens were fresh, fluffy, and clean. The property is a dream and so very calm and quiet. Linda and Duane are SO NICE! They wrote me a welcome card and even jumped my car. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Grace's cottage in the Seabright neighborhood is a bright, clean, new space that is a perfect nest for a stay in the area. Isobel, the host, is attentive and extremely communicative with details. I loved the sunny abode, King sized bed with generous linens, warm heat for winter months, books (!), and very clean, new furniture. Thank you both Grace and Isobel for making my stay delightful.

Our stay was amazing. The house was easy to find and the instructions were very detailed. Parking was great the whole time but we were there before peak season. The location is unbeatable, perfect for going to and fro from the beach and the restaurants. The space was very inviting and clean. We had everything we needed and more, including beach toys and laundry detergent! We would definitely visit again.
