Sara's home was lovely and comfortable. Her gardens on the side of the house and outside a bedroom in front, were tranquil, colorful, magical places. I daydreamed about how she must have planted in stages over the years, planning blooms for the different seasons and assisted by her obvious green thumb. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home had everything we needed. Sara was very welcoming, leaving us a beautiful flower arrangement, and a water bowl and squeaking and crinkling toy for our dogs.

Loved it here, only regret is not staying longer! Thanks for sharing this gem💞

This darling little beach cottage was everything I hoped for. It reminded me of the surf bungalows from decades ago but with all modern amenities. I wanted peace and quiet and the tranquil surroundings—wind chimes, water fountain and the Monterey Bay a block away—delivered! Sita and Tom were always available if I had questions but they were never intrusive. The Pleasure Point neighborhood (where I lived 50 years ago) is still just as friendly and the Bay’s beauty, with the ever-changing waves and surfers, never fails to bring me joy. All in all, a lovely experience ❤️

We had such a cozy and relaxing stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and central to everything we wanted to do. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed, and our 2-year-old daughter had a great time exploring and playing. The patio was truly magical—a peaceful spot to unwind after busy days. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything even smoother. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was our second visit in a month. We love this place and location and can't wait to return.

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

We had an amazing time! This home is great for kids. Lots of toys, books, and amenities suited for families. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house and host! Clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the deep tub was an extra treat.

The location was even better than expected with a 2-3 min walk to Capitola village. The place is smaller, but you don’t feel it at all! Very well laid out and use of space everywhere! Outdoor front and back are amazing. Bonus to find a cart and a few chairs and cooler in the shed. To take to the beach. The only thing missing was something to paddle on the river and maybe a few more games or cards. The place is super clean, very cute and I would definitely stay again.

Great Location !! Arrived at location - easy access ! Once again, Great Location ! Home was awesome - kitchen - full kitchen full size refrigerator Bathroom - Nice water pressure - Nice Bedroom - one bed - Comfortable! Futon - in living room - ( a little difficult opening and closing - but comfortable) Balcony - chairs and small table - Awesome to sit at every day ! The Airbnb - location - was almost on the beach - very nice ! Neighbors were very nice! Parking - we stayed two nights Sunday - Monday - parking was no issue ! Con - surfers would arrive in the immediate parking lot early around 5 am - people talking. I would for sure stay here again ! Thanks Kristina !

I chose this stay for my annual lady trip. We frequent the Aptos/Capitola/Santa Cruz area a lot for friends and family and chose this area for the beach/village convenience. Parking was great, I personally loved driving my truck up the small hill. Cameras were excellent for ensuring our safety! Easy to get in and easy access to both the parking/backyard and the village/beach via the small stairs. This place was loaded with amenities and was easy to use them. Loved the little radio for breakfast and clean up! The comforter on the king bed was out of this world comfy. The board games and photography books were a hit when hanging back at the airbnb for midday nights and late night chats with my girlies. Water pressure and heat was fantastic. Futons, king bed, space heater, and fireplace made for very cozy nights/early mornings. The large windows were great for views! Jaime was a great host, my group mentioned her communication and responsiveness was on point!

The cute little cottage was a perfect just wanted a little getaway. It was clean, parked my car and never got in it until I left. I definitely will stay here again. Lil

Surf City - Capitola GEM, cozy little spot with all the creature co.forts of home. This property is like a Swiss Army Knife, every appliance and utensils you'd ever need for a comfortable stay. Love this place, clean, great furnishings for a quick getaway. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful location and beautiful home. Nice kitchen, living room, very spacious. The private parking spot was a fantastic bonus so close to the village.
