This is a great classic Santa Cruz beach house - I enjoyed being so close to the beach - it’s a great morning walk . The bed was very comfortable- the bathroom was perfect, the kitchen had what we needed and the hot tub is a great add on

My husband and I stayed there for our daughter’s wedding in Felton. What an amazing place to come back to after a very long day (amazing celebration!) and relax in the backyard amongst the redwoods. Super peaceful. The kitchen has everything, and I mean everything you need. Be aware there are 2 steps into the bedroom which we had to remind ourselves so we didn’t trip. All was really clean and welcoming. We would stay here again!

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked to the beach to boogie board, went to the boardwalk and enjoyed the local farmer’s market. The house was amazing and more than we expected. We enjoyed the backyard with all of its amenities including the hot tub and outdoor shower especially after coming back from a day at the beach. Shari was very proactive in her communications and we are looking forward to coming back again for a longer visit.

Annie was a great host and the place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the hot tub in the backyard and the beach cottage feel of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for a long weekend with friends and a small dog. The bathroom was super clean, and we enjoyed hanging out in the front yard and being able to walk to the beach and shops, etc. Gabriel was super responsive, helpful and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

This was the perfect little place for our family of 4! The house had everything we needed and had beautiful surroundings. Our daughters loved the porch swing out front. We saw hummingbirds right outside the kitchen window where the feeder was hanging. We cooked all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The organic coffee was very appreciated! Wish the queen bed mattress was a little firmer (was lumpy & soft- not great for those with bad backs) but overall very happy with our stay!

Thank you Tamara for sharing your lovely home. We had a great time in the area and your house was the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach or hiking in the local redwoods. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed barbecuing for dinner while enjoying the great view from the backyard deck. We would definitely recommend your house and the area to others!

Beautiful location nestled within a vineyard. Cabin was spotless and spacious. Back patio was peaceful with lush views of a rambling creek and trees. Highly recommend! Also recommend BBQ 152 in Gilroy just 5 miles away.

My husband and I loved our stay at this incredibly comfortable and welcoming casita. Everything was better than we expected. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment was very well equipped with an eye for comfort and detail. We loved the fireplace, and the incredibly comfortable bed. the entire experience made us wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow!! A great find! Gorgeous and serene surroundings with a SPOTLESS perfectly outfitted cottage. Every part of the cabin is thoughtfully decorated and well stocked. All the decor matches and has such sweet charm to it. It smelled lightly of peppermint when I arrived and all the linens were fresh, fluffy, and clean. The property is a dream and so very calm and quiet. Linda and Duane are SO NICE! They wrote me a welcome card and even jumped my car. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Grace's cottage in the Seabright neighborhood is a bright, clean, new space that is a perfect nest for a stay in the area. Isobel, the host, is attentive and extremely communicative with details. I loved the sunny abode, King sized bed with generous linens, warm heat for winter months, books (!), and very clean, new furniture. Thank you both Grace and Isobel for making my stay delightful.

Perfect location! House is as pictured, in spotless condition. Great layout and space for a small family. Parking, beach chairs/towels, washer/dryer and kitchen equipped for cooking were all appreciated amenities. 5 min walk to Twin Lakes beach, 10 min drive in either direction to downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola. Check in was a breeze and host was friendly and accessible if needed. Would absolutely book here again! Fantastic property. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was amazing. The house was easy to find and the instructions were very detailed. Parking was great the whole time but we were there before peak season. The location is unbeatable, perfect for going to and fro from the beach and the restaurants. The space was very inviting and clean. We had everything we needed and more, including beach toys and laundry detergent! We would definitely visit again.
