We had a fantastic time at Cocoa Beach! We visited for our spring break and the house was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space for a group of 12, with a great pool, large kitchen, and ping pong table! The beach was about a five minute walk away, which was amazing. Dimitrios was extremely friendly and responsive from the time that I booked the house up until we checked out. I could not have asked for a better place to stay! I would highly recommend this house!

Loved our stay at Richard’s. The house was spacious and easily fit our crew. The pool was amazing also. Richard was a very helpful host and was top notch with communication. We would definitely recommend!

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

Stayed 29 nights at Linda’s for work. Beach was beautiful and convenient. AC blows cold. No dishwasher unfortunately but that was ok. Beach amenities were a nice touch (towels, cooler, chair etc)

Lovely home! Close to the beach, great pool! There are beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and a cart for taking it all down for a fun day at the beach! Great place for 6 old friends to vacation together. Looking forward to coming back for sure!!

Paul's place was the perfect setup for a 3 generation vacation that included teenagers. The kids loved how quick they could go from the condo to the beach to the pool.

Excellent location with private beach access! The pool was a lifesaver due to rough waters at the beach for a majority of our stay! The adults and the kids loved everything about the property! Highly recommended for large groups!

It was a wonderful place to stay, it was cozy quiet and a beautiful place to see rocket launches from and me and my dad had a wonderful time and would like to stay again in the future

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

We had 5 adults and 2 kids, this was the perfect location for our weekend stay before our cruise. We would have loved staying there longer if we had the time. There were bikes and plenty of beach accessories for us to use. Will definitely stay again when in the area next!

Gloria was absolutely amazing! her place was perfect for our family and very accommodating! we watched the launch from the beach because she let us know! we will definitely be back! this may be our new home away from home!

This was our second visit back to Silvia’s place. We stayed for 5 weeks to get away from some of our Canadian winter. Everything was just as perfect as our first visit. Literally 3 minute walk to beach for beautiful sunrises and great location to catch a rocket launch. Great location for walking to Fish Camp & The Pier for Happy Hour or a meal (25-30 minute adult walk) Very safe location and lovely backyard with some shade for those liking a break from the sun. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom and lots of closet space. Second bedroom has two twin beds and ensuite as well. Laundry facilities conveniently located on second level between the two bedrooms. I would absolutely recommend Silvia’s place for short or long term stay. Silvia is great to communicate with and quick to respond. Her place has everything you need for the beach as well as cooking at home.

Absolutely love this place. we have been coming for years and will continue to come. Binnur is a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful, although we didn't need to contact her at all this trip, everything was perfect. Looking forward to next year already

This property was in a great location and was perfect for our week long trip to Florida. The house was decorated very well and we had lots of space for our large group of 10 people. We found that the photos in the listing are exactly what we saw when we arrived. Additionally, the property is located at the end of a cul de sac which made things a bit more private. Ben was super responsive before we booked the place and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area.

The place was clean and was bigger than what I expected. We had 4 adults and 2 kids- plenty of room. Our host was nice enough to allow us to get back in when we discovered we left something . Easy experience- would definitely stay again.

Ideal location if you want a quiet walkable neighborhood. Quick easy just a minute walk to the beach. Plus your own private pool with pool toys, beach toys, variety of life jackets, chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and pool towels. So many extras including 2 bikes. We used the beach wagon when we loaded up for the beach . Bedding comfortable; nice towels, well stocked kitchen. There was a high chair and a booster seat. We will definitely try to stay here again .

Our stay at Ellie's was excellent in every aspect. No problem whatsoever in getting into the condo when we arrived in the wee hours of our first day. The condo is spacious and clean and a perfect location. The condo overlooks the pool and the atmosphere was magical at night. We saw five rocket launches while there and my 15 year old grandson was in awe. We had our own designated space so there was no problem with parking. Tina and Kurt were quick to respond to any questions. Tina, Kurt and Ellie were compassionate, understanding and so very kind. Ellie extended our check out time because we had a late flight; I was touched by her generosity and understanding. The ocean was no more than a 2 minute walk. Ellie povides all the beach equipment including umbrellas. I sincerely hope we can return next year. Loved this vacation!

Perfect place to stay! Peaceful setting with easy access to the beach, yet close enough to all the action if you’re looking for a fun evening/night. Host was extremely proactive and can’t say enough about how positive the experience was and the quality of the condo itself. We are already planning another trip to stay in this exact unit. Thank you for hosting us - it was a very memorable family vacation!

We had a great time! Pool was great! Tons of things for the beach available! Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. My daughter loved being able to ride one of the scooters on the way to the beach! 🥰
