Vacation rentals with breakfast in Capannori

we stayed at Chiara's place for a day and it was just amazing . This was the real Airbnb concept what they started initially. we felt like we are in our own house. breakfast was also good which was given to us complimentary . walking distance from Pisa Central station and airport in a posh residential place. had an amazing backyard to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. everything was better than what you could think of any Airbnb. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! We were particularly impressed by the modern furnishings, stylish, thoughtful and with high-quality furniture. The design is absolutely contemporary and creates a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. Everything was clean, well organized and furnished with attention to detail. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the small decorative elements make the stay even more special. We felt right at home! The location was also perfect, and communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place! Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded immediately to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Spacious and clean apartment with all necessities provided. Ideally located within walking distance to restaurants (Central was exceptional) and shops and with comfortable driving distance to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence & Montecarlo. Host (Sabrina) was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast @ Cafe’ New York was good with outdoor seating. Highly recommend & we will be back!

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is great with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park, and the sea 2 minutes' walk away. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

The place was great—within walking distance to all the main attractions. The only issue was that the owner replied slowly, so it will make us nervous about the check-in even after reading the messages.

Accommodation in the center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, Via Grande and Via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Near the Central Market, which in addition to being a building to admire, is also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of an attic. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I found no flaws or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Giulia’s apartment was ideally located for our weekend in Tuscany at a wedding. It was spacious, comfortable and had parking tight outside. It has been lovingly furnished in a homily way giving it a cosy feel. Giulia as a host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend enough.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Orlando was an amazing host, extremely welcoming and so knowledgeable! He gave us fantastic recommendations for places to go and was so responsive! The place itself was amazing: great location, clean and with all the necessary amenities. Greatly recommended!!

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

It was so beautiful and I had a lovely time there. The breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully put together and the room was super clean and beautifully furnished !

Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host – you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: He gave us great tips on excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located – in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast – fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the real Tuscan lifestyle. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!
