This apartment is in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Lucca, between the Guinigi Tower, symbol of the city, and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, a true icon of Roman Lucca. Via Fillungo, the shopping street, is less than 300 meters away This is not just an apartment for tourists: this is my home, and I make it available to you, hoping that you can, even through it, love Lucca at least as much as I love it. Guests will have the entire house at their disposal, but we live right next door, in another house. If you need help, you can knock at any time and you will probably have an answer to your request. We'll always try to help you. You will decide, if you need us we will be at your disposal to try to make your vacation a great experience. If you want, we will offer you exclusive evenings, but this will probably be a surprise... try asking! The neighborhood is very central, here you can find both attractions for tourists and shops and clubs commonly used by residents. Via Fillungo, the main street of Lucca is very close and within walking distance. Lucca is a very easy city to live in, the ideal way to get around is by bicycle. If you want, we can get them for you for a small fee. The apartment is equipped with standard equipment, but you can still request special accessories if you need them. For example, we can provide baby accessories such as a crib or bottle warmer. We can also provide some DVDs and games for children.

The Apartment is located inside the city walls near Piazza Santa Maria and Via Fillungo, the heart of the city. The apartment is on the first floor (14 steps) has a open space area, with two connecting rooms, one for the sleeping and the other for the living. In addition there is a lounge and 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower. The Studio was recently renovated, it is bright and very quiet, perfect to relax. The area around is well served, it's possible to discover traditional shops and live the city.

The apartment is a project of mine and my brother's. We took care of the renovation in person by handcrafting the furnishings. It is located within the city walls of Lucca, with ceilings over 3 meters high and double views that make the space very bright. It has a small balcony and a decorative fireplace (not usable due to city regulations). It is a penthouse and is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, it does not have an elevator.

The apartment is located in one of the most characteristic squares in the world: the Roman Amphitheater Square, where in later periods, its ruins have been rebuilt. Until the 1960s, the square was home to the wholesale fruit market and was considered a very poor neighborhood. Over the years, it has recovered its splendor to become one of the most coveted areas, both for its magnificent location and tranquility.
