Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Campo nell'Elba

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We completely fell in love with Bernard & Franziska’s home. The views are spectacular and the design of the home and garden are beautiful. We really appreciated the very equipped kitchen and enjoyed cooking during our stay. A very very special home, we will be coming back asap!

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique , encore plus beau que sur les photos. Calme, bien aménagé, c’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre. La piscine privée est un vrai bijou : propre, intime et parfaite pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous avons adoré notre (trop) court séjour ici. Je recommande sans hésiter ! L’hôte a été très accueillant et réactif. Merci ☺️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Beriths Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern entspricht auch in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige – und vielleicht sogar noch mehr. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse mit dem großen Tisch, an dem wir jeden Morgen in aller Ruhe frühstücken konnten. Dabei den Vögeln zuzuhören, war für uns der perfekte Start in den Tag. Es war genau die Auszeit, die wir gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank für alles!

La maison est exceptionnellement bien placée, idéale pour visiter le nord du Cap Corse. Les vues de chaque fenêtre sont de véritables cartes postales sur la mer. Un rooftop complete cet ensemble. La maison se trouve dans un village où toutes les commodités sont à 5 minutes à pied. Tout cela a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima nella casa di Serena ed Alessandro, a pochi passi dalla tranquilla spiaggia di Seccheto. Ambienti ben curati, uno spazio esterno che abbiamo sfruttato al massimo sia a pranzo che a cena nonostante il caldo di fine luglio perché in ombra quasi tutto il giorno! Ottima la doccia esterna (con acqua calda e fredda) usata da tutti (cane compreso!) al rientro dalla spiaggia. Certamente consigliata!

INCROYABLE ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Jean Jacques est super, il est disponible, à l'écoute, très sympa et réactif. Le logement est absolument conforme à la description, et vraiment idyllique. Un vrai bonheur. le logement possède tout ce qu'il faut, mis à part peut être, mais c'est anecdotique 😂, un miroir pour la coquette que je suis. il n'y en a qu'un dans la salle de bain et étant petite je voyais juste ma tête 😂 mais c'est un détail. un grand merci à notre hôte pour ce séjour formidable.

Logement superbe en tout point, complètement conforme aux photos. La vue est incroyable. Le logement dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir bien. Et la propreté exceptionnelle. Mélisse a été très accueillante.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Giorgio e Elena, un delizioso appartamento indipendente ricavato dalla loro abitazione. Pulito ed accogliente, e dotato di una veranda esterna davvero piacevole. Molto comoda la posizione per chi ha la macchina, in 5 minuti si è a Portoferraio. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno dato diversi suggerimenti sulle attività da svolgere sull'isola. Super consigliato.

Chris ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und zeigt dies auch. Die Appartments und das Areal sind sehr durchdacht. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert. Der Naturpool ist eine Wucht, er reinigt sich per Elektrolyse (Salz). Unsere Haut hat es gleich bemerkt und sich mit Glattheit bedankt. Chris, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in deine Oase und können uns Elba ohne dich kaum noch vorstellen. Love B+S

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Lorena und wurden herzlich empfangen mit Frühstück für den Anfang und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Lorena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer zur Stelle :-) Den Strand erreicht man auch mit kleinen Kindern super schnell über einen kleinen Schotterweg bergab und das Meer ist flach, ideal für Kinder. Kleiner Tipp: Moskito-Spray einpacken für den Draußenbereich im Juni ;-) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

Wunderbare Lage in einem lebhaften Dorf, das nicht nur touristisch ist. Traumhafte riesige Terrasse mit Sicht aufs Meer. Schöner Kiesel- und Felsstrand ganz nah. Einziger Makel: die Terrassenmöblierung wäre zu erneuern. Stühle und Bank fallen auseinander, ein Liegestuhl-Stoff zerriss. Der Sonnenschirm ist auch kaputt und zerfetzt. Auch die Wohnungstürschlösser funktionieren nicht alle.

Wunderschöne Dachwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Dach und verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Elba und das Tyrrhenische Meer – ein echtes Highlight. Gastgeberin: Gaia war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausstattung & Zustand: Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Sommerurlaub in Italien benötigt – inklusive Klimaanlage. Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (COOP), das Stadtzentrum, eine Badebucht, Bäckerei und Pizzeria sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Hinweis: Die Nähe zu einer Verkehrsstraße bringt eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse mit sich, die von lärmempfindlicheren Gästen eventuell wahrgenommen wird. Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns herzlich bei Gaia.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per due settimane. Maria Grazia è gentilissima e ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa da subito e rispondonendo subito quando abbiamo avuto qualche richiesta. Dal giardino la vista è fenomenale e la posizione è comoda (in 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono porto azzurro e il lido di Capoliveri, in 20 il Golfo di Lacona). In un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Capoliveri che la sera è sempre piacevolmente animato. Raccomandatissimo!

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Jag bodde i Flavias lägenhet tillsammans med min mamma. Vi har haft fantastiska dagar och Flavia är en utomordentlig värd. Allt från fint välkomnande, extra service, fin lägenhet, vacker omgivning... Vi fick hjälp både innan och under vistelsen med lokala tips på allt från restauranger, sevärdheter etc. Jag rekommenderar varmt att besöka Massa Marittima och kommer då mer än gärna bo i Flavias lägenhet igen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Serena è stata molto gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento pulitissimo ed esattamente come da foto e descrizione. siamo stati molto bene, è stata una settimana splendida! grazie
