Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Staying at Mauro's was just great! The location and views are unique. The apartment has a very special charm and is perfect for two people. There is a lot of loving details. It was very clean and we were very comfortable right away. We also liked the bar next door, a place that seems to be very popular. It was perfect as it was very quiet in the morning and lively in the evening and not too loud with the windows closed. Mauro was always easy to reach and very helpful. We are already planning our next longer stay! Thank you, Mauro!

Marie's apartment is completely in line with the photos and description, the accommodation was very clean, very well-equipped and close to the charming port of Erbalunga Marie was very responsive for check-in and checkout instructions! Small downside on the noise of the neighborhood and the road behind the building that you can hear even if the apartment is on the sea side

Beautiful accommodation in every way, completely matches the photos. The views are fantastic. The space has everything you need to feel good. And exceptional cleanliness. Mélisse was very hospitable.

Laura's place is a gem. We felt right at home as a family of 4 (2 teens). Laura was super friendly, helpful and communicative. The flat was very clean and cute and had everything you might need. In the village there is everything you need. Restaurants, bakeries, little shops, cute beach (pebbles) and nice atmosphere. We were sad to go and would stay there again any time.

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. Communication was also great and Marianna always responded quickly.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Breathtaking view, calm, rest, beautiful corner. We're thinking about coming back, again and again! Rare place, our nicest stay thanks to this very pretty house. Generous and authentic welcome, available, respectful. The place and the hosts of dreams! Go for it, you can't find better! And enjoy the changes in the sea and the lights in front of you. Corsica, Cape Town in all their power, reflected in this stone village house, very well renovated and sublimated by a natural and refined decoration at the same time, with beautiful interiors and exteriors. We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. A special thanks to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a vacation home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. Homes like this are only found there. We will be back soon, we already miss this beautiful island.🙏🏻

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Karen was kind and helpful, the apartment is nice and well-kept in a great location! We had a great time!

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

Beautiful modern and very well equipped apartment. The terrace(s) are fantastic with a great view and cozy garden furniture to relax. Not far from a beautiful beach. We highly recommend this place and thank Isabelle for the easy and quick communication.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
