The structure and furnishings, as much as possible, have remained those of the past. Now the interior looks vintage with recovered objects. The house is cool but a good air conditioning system doesn't hurt! The courtyard is the place where you spend the summer time while in winter we find ourselves in front of the fireplace. All around there are succulent plants and bougainvilleas that hide the outdoor shower and the fig tree of the neighbor whose fruits fall into our space and that we invite you to taste.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Stellino 33 is in the heart of the historic center of Portoferraio, on one of the oldest streets of the Medici city that still preserves one of the last pink limestone pavements. A few steps from the Medici walls, Forte Stella and Villa dei Mulini. You can also walk to the main beaches (Le Viste, Le ghiaie, La Padulella) and all services such as pharmacy, restaurants/bars, the port and bus stop. Also ideal for those who want to reach the island on foot.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
