Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

We had a wonderful week in Gloria's house. Our four-legged friend also felt totally comfortable in nature. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. The property is a nice size and is perfect for eating outside, relaxing in the hot tub or just lying in the sun. The way to the house is a little challenging, but with a normal car and a little driving experience it can be mastered. Gloria was always available to us and gave us good excursion tips for the area in advance. Even with any inquiries, she always responded very quickly and helped us. To just get out and enjoy the nature and tranquility of Tuscany, it is perfect. We will be happy to come back!

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

We had a really good time at this place. It was spacious, clean, and worked perfectly for our group. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the house had all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a big plus—especially the terrace and patio area with the big table, which was great for hanging out and having meals together. The location is honestly perfect—super peaceful, but just a short drive to Florence, great local restaurants, and vineyards. Also, there was tons of parking space, which made things super easy for us. Check-in was smooth and the host was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience then this property will fit the bill. A very old property that has been sympathetically updated in the middle of the typical rolling Tuscan countryside. It is less than an hour’s drive to Florence, Siena and hilltop towns such as San Gimignano. The property has all the amenities you could want and the Silvia and Linda were very helpful. The highlight is the swimming pool which was the best we have encountered in such a property. It was very large and modern with incredible views over the countryside. You are allocated your own beds, chairs, deck chairs table and parasol (it is shared with the other properties). There are two things worth bearing in mind, firstly, that the only views of the lovely countryside you get from the property are from the two bedrooms and not from the living area, kitchen or the outside eating area. Secondly, it is located about 1km down a dusty, stony track which is at least not too pot-holed. We enjoyed it

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Just 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

Valentines place is super cute and I highly recommend this place for a great getaway! She was super helpful to us with everything. We had a great stay at her place.

Very nice quiet place to stay with Tuscan flair. Great complex also with a pool and a view. Quickly in Florence and on the streets to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

Anna's house is very authentic and cozy, with a large kitchen-living room and comfortable bedrooms. We also enjoyed the terrace on the ground floor, overlooking the greenery, which allows you to eat and relax in the shade even in the hottest hours. Not far away, 15-20 minutes by car, we found beautiful natural beaches and charming and interesting villages to visit. Anna was not present on the spot but was available from the beginning via messages with care and kindness.

I highly recommend this place to all guests. Valentino and his mother are exceptional hosts. The entire place feels like something out of a fairytale—quiet, calm, and beautiful. You’ll find everything you’re looking for here and can fully escape the worries of daily life. Don’t hesitate—book it immediately when it’s available!

We come from Hong Kong, and a building like this is not often seen there. We are very happy to have had the chance to stay at the house. Some of the details in the house really impressed us, especially the antique furniture! Pietro is a great host—very friendly and responsive. I had some pleasant conversations with him. Thanks again!

Amazing location and beautiful location

I had a fantastic 2 day stay here. Spotless, beautifully decorated, lots of space. It was a calm and cool place to retreat back to from the beach which is a very short walk away. Felt like a hotel. Also so useful to be so close to the station as a solo traveller moving around by train! Thanks for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

This house is the perfect place for two families traveling together. It’s incredibly cozy, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with amenities that let you truly enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hosts went above and beyond — welcoming us with fresh fruit, traditional sweets, bottled water, coffee, milk, and a selection of Tuscan wines, which we truly appreciated. They also provided high-quality Italian hygiene products, which added a thoughtful and luxurious touch to our stay. One of the highlights for us was the host’s responsiveness. Communication was always fast, helpful, and friendly — a detail that made a big difference. We didn’t get a chance to use the private pool due to our tight schedule, but the property still gave us a real sense of independence, comfort, and safety. I 100% recommend this property. We came back to Michele’s place after having visited for 2 weeks in 2019. My dream was to return one day and find our home away from home once again. So here in May 2025 we were able to return to Nicoletta’s beautiful garden full of roses and herbs. The pool is definitely a bonus. Michele takes such care of this home….you can see how much love and commitment he has for this place. There are nearby villages such as Barbarino Val D’elsa and Tignano a short drive away. as well as San Gimignano and Siena, 30 minutes away. A wonderful experience, every time!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.
