Charming Renaissance Apartment near Train Station

The guests have fully access to the whole apartment, including one master bedroom, two bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen area and an open balcony. The guests can contact us either by Airbnb message, by text message or by email. The neighborhood and the area where is located the property is very livable and at the same time safe. It is also very close to the train station of Florence and that's why it is common that our guests approach the apartment using the train service. The flat is located in the central area of town, 10 minutes walking distant from the heart of the city. Podere Piazza is a country estate, has its origins in the 15th century, the cottage was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was named the Archbishop of Siena on May 29th 1747, he was a noble di Montepulciano and patrician of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still carry its coat of arms. This explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it on the right to the Pine Alley and on the left into the driveway.
