Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

It is 6 miles from Cambridge, Duxford IWM is 2 miles away and there is a mainline station - Cambridge (10 minutes), London Liverpool Street (1 hour). The village has a gastro pub called The Tickell Arms, a restaurant called Provenance and The Red Lion. Saffron Walden is 8 miles away where Audley End House can also be found.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads.
