An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish…. A beautiful house and gardens absolutely spotless through out …. With the added bonus of the bar and games room and spacious hot tub was such a lovely break for our friends 50th Hosts were fantastic …..we will defo be booking again

Lovely house and location, was ideal for all ages in the party. Amenities were very good and enjoyed using the hot tub. Slight problem finding the house when following the satnav but was able to contact the host quickly who gave perfect directions. would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We had a lovely stay and left feeling so relaxed and chilled out. The surroundings were not only beautiful but tranquil. The location between Stamford and Market Deeping perfect with great places to eat, we had a lovely time wandering around Stamford. The property itself was stunning and very well equipped, everything was thought of and you could easily spend weeks here and have all you needed for day to day living. Everything was sparkly clean and tidy, no clutter. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding of a high quality. We felt so at home and relaxed here. I honestly cannot find anything to say could be improved upon, we loved it and will most definitely be back.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful place. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone trying to get away from the busy world.

Lintel Barn was a lovely cosy cottage to spend a week's holiday in. It was extremely well equipped, which made it feel very homely and comfortable. The area is rural and quiet so if you want a get a way from it all holiday, this is the place for you !!!

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Lovely comfortable and spacious accommodation with everything provided for self catering. Loved the pool, it was kept so warm so even when the weather wasn’t great it was still usable. Great restaurant called Jacks within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay in Willow cottage. It is extremely comfortable and well kitted out, I can’t think of anything missing. Everything in the kitchen we needed, including staples such as condiments and oil, even decaf coffee and rubber gloves. The only small hiccup was reversing out of the small parking place, my husband had to guide me out, stopping the traffic 😆. Fortunately we only had to do that once when we left, as it was an easy short walk to the centre of town. We even got the train to Cambridge, easy 👍.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice touch to get a short welcome from Joseph at the start. A cottage with lots of character in a super-tranquil location. Everything was 'just right' and thoughtfully presented. I especially enjoyed watching nature from the small conservatory in the early mornings with a coffee. If you want peace and quiet (which I did!) this is for you! I'll be back at some point.

We spent most of our time hiking, but had a few quality hours enjoying a nice relaxing evening afterwards. the house suited us perfectly. we would happily recommend. we couldn't locate the cutlery in the recess draw, but not a big deal

We loved staying at The Old Dairy for our mini moon with our dog. The weather was glorious (slightly too hot!) and it made the surroundings even more beautiful! The outside area was perfect to relax in and we used the BBQ a few times. It was lovely knowing our dog was completely safe and secure and he loved playing in the garden. The walk to the local pub was easy and took around 20mins, it was friendly with a great selection of drinks. We did the park & ride based on Mitzi’s recommendation to get into Cambridge which was very simple and quick. The recommendations left for us were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and the pictures don’t do it justice, we would love to visit again and explore more of the local walks in cooler weather. It was exactly what we needed to relax.

This is a very beautiful part of a very special home with fabulous garden to gaze enviously at! Caroline is so friendly and provides extras for an easy stay -toiletries , provisions, flapjacks but a few . Very welcoming to us both and our dog Bentley who enjoyed his stay enormously - along with the two resident fogs Purdey and Bunty . We loved every minute - thank you Caroline and Andrew

The character cottage had everything that we could have wished for, and Katrien was a wonderful responsive host. It's location & the town are absolutely beautiful, and it's only a few minutes walk into a town centre that takes you back in time, with its wide range of proper traditional shops & restaurants. 10/10!!

Sharon is a superb, friendly and helpful host. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed, and with everything we needed and is ideally located for travel into Cambridge, Ely and surrounding countryide. We had an excellent short break of 4 nights and it was an added bonus to be able to relax in the lovely, peaceful garden and chat with Sharon's delightful family. My partner Bridget and I agreed it was the best AIRBNB we have stayed in and, if we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thank you, Sharon.

A wonderful stay at Marc’s place in Grafham. It’s a great location with local amenities and lovely places to walk. The lodge is surrounded by trees and really peaceful. We hope to return!

great accommodation, quiet retreat in easy walking distance of the town centre

Perfect location for our group, being 5 adults, wanting to be in that area for a family get-together. We all appreciated there being an ensuite shower room for each bedroom. Loved having the field behind the house, with lambs. Lots of parking, good for us as we had three cars between us.

Fabulous stay, we were sent really comprehensive information about how to get there shared by email then text on the day we arrived , along with information on how to use the various bits of kitchen equipment. Bottle of prosecco, along with their own eggs and some milk, tea coffee oil vinegar and crisps! to get us going. Place was beautfiully furnished- beds very comfortable with high quality bedding which does make a difference. Stamford is very close and delightful with shops eateries etc and 10-15 mins from Rutland Water. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Would stay again. Very clean and well equipped. We had a toddler with us and she settled no issue, she played outside in the little courtyard. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The only downfall is we couldn’t walk anywhere safely with a toddler as there is no footpath and vehicles travel along the road at speed but overall it’s a lovely place to stay.

Carol was kind and helpful. The cottage was clean with a nice garden, and downstairs stayed cool in the hot weather. There is a requirement for £1 coins for the electric. The need for this may not be necessary if previous guests have added more coins - however I would expect the electric to be covered, and should be topped up for the beginning of each visit.

We had a lovely stay at the Red Lion barn suite! We were in town to visit family in Haverhill, so the location in quaint Steeple Bumpstead was perfect. Angela was very responsive and helpful. The suite was a converted stable that was completely renovated, with 2 queen bedrooms with TV's and a bunk room for the kids (that was very comfortable, perfect for kids or teens). We enjoyed the space and will make this our home every time we visit!

Nicola’s place was lovely. Just what we needed. We stayed for a week whilst we were having work completed on our house. The situation was beautiful, a nice peaceful spot near to a farm shop and a pub. Nicola was friendly and communicative. We would recommend her accommodation. Thanks for the stay
