Vacation rentals with beach access in Camber Sands

Very spacious and comfortable flat with amazing panoramic view of the ocean. It was easy to park the car for free at a nearby park and walk to the new and old town. The beds were super comfy.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous! Rien ne manque niveau équipement, point +++. Literie au top ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant facilement de visiter Hastings et les environs à pieds ou en transport et alliant le calme et la proximité du centre-ville. Madelaine a toujours été réactive et l’accueil a été très agréable et facilité par les explications et conseils donnés sur place. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont un vrai plus ! Il est bon de savoir que les bruits et pas de l’étage se font entendre mais Madelaine & son mari ont toujours été très respectueux et ces bruits ne sont donc pas gênants. Merci ☺️

Gorgeous huge funky modern stylised Appartment with super comfy quiet bedroom. Equipped with everything and more you could want or need. Quality towels and powerful shower with luxury of deep bath to relax after walking the seafront to Hastings which is only a short Amble away. Cafes and eateries galore on your doorstep- particularly liked botanica for breakfast and the farmyard near the station. Easy to get around via buses to rye, battle and day trip via train to Brighton. Zee leaves comprehensive lists of well researched places to eat to suit all budgets. Shopping fantastic and great quirky vintage shops everywhere. I’ve photo shot so many beautiful recipes from a well stocked bookcase of great cookery books, book this place it’s fantastic , thank you Zed 6 stars x

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

This was my second stay at Genevieve’s and it was just as gorgeous as I remember. With such a great location right on the sea front you can’t go wrong, and the property really feels like home. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Really nice apartment, well furnished and very clean. It had everything I needed (maybe just a tea towel to dry used crockery etc). The location is great for the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. It was pretty quiet and Christopher was a great host. I’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

We had a lovely minibreak here with our kids. The house has a cosy period property feel and a well equipped kitchen. We loved how close the house is to the beach and the shops and restaurants in town. Natasha shared a helpful online guidebook ahead of our stay which helped us plan ahead where we wanted to eat out and even buy ice cream!

From the moment we stepped inside River House Rye we knew that we had chosen he right place ! A real home from home, but with a unique design that we simply wouldn't dare to do ... such a great place to stay and so easy to explore Rye without moving the car off the very spacious drive ! Globe pub very close by, provided ideal location to eat & refresh as did other places that Helen recommended. Even a little drizzle couldn't spoil our visit .... simply fantastic! We will definitely return 🫶

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

Karl was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble and Karl was contactable if needed. Before we arrived Karl gave us lots of ideas for days out and eating out recommendations which we used. Thank you! The property itself was really clean, it has 3 ensuite bedrooms and was perfect for our group of two families. The garden was a massive hit with the children, there’s no end of things to keep them occupied (inside as well as outside). All the photos are accurate. It’s a beautiful large bungalow and we really made the most of it. Highly recommended!

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Thank so much for a wonderful stay - my son turned 10 and we had the best time playing table football, enjoying the games room, even a swim or two. What a lovely place you have. We hope to return. Thanks again.

Claire and her family’s home is a jewel on the Cliff of St. Margaret’s Bay. Modern, open floor plan, pristinely clean, with the most comfortable beds, this listing is a true gem in one of the most beautiful locations in all of England. Enjoy the hot tub, eat peacefully in the kitchen while looking out on the English Channel or simply sit outside on the terrace to enjoy the healthy sea air. I highly recommend this listing but I ask those looking to book to please respect their home so I can come back to the exact same experience. Claire is very responsive and such a joy to communicate with!

Paul responded very quickly to messages. He was so helpful for advice, tips, information and was so kind to accommodate with some essential food items for Vegans. Paul's home was lovely, clean and tidy. The garden was so beautiful and the home so close to the sea. Paul was so kind to meet during check in to help show us around the house and also to give some advice on the local area. I could not have asked for a more perfect stay for my birthday, thanks so much Paul 😊

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, which made morning coffee walks and sunset views super convenient. Great location- 15 min walk to old Hastings one way and 15 mins to St Leonard’s the other. Great sea views (and people watching!) from dining table - sat there for ages!!! Flat brilliantly equipped and comfortable. Wine and crisps an added - and very welcome - bonus! Stuart was very responsive with friendly communications! Thank you.
