This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Our stay in Fowey was nothing short of magical, and this Airbnb made it even more special. The location is fantastic -yes, it’s partway up a hill, but the stroll into town is short, scenic, and lined with the most charming restaurants and harborfont bars. Fowey itself is absolutely adorable. The converted schoolhouse is truly one-of-a-kind. The hosts did an amazing job preserving the original charm while creating a modern, inviting space that’s perfect for entertaining. And the hot tub overlooking the harbor? Unreal. I probably spent half the trip soaking in it. There were even thoughtful touches like umbrellas to borrow, which came in handy in classic English weather. We did experience a minor issue with noise from neighbors in an adjoining unit, but the host was incredibly responsive and professional. They made it clear they cared and took swift action to make sure we were comfortable.

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

BlackBerry cottage is a must stay. From the day we booked Andrea was super responsive and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. Check in was easy and Andrea met us at the property. Not only was the location idyllic but the accommodation was clean, comfortable and had a wow factor. We loved cooking in the kitchen which has everything you need for whatever you decide to cook. Both bedrooms were super comfortable and the bathroom done to a high standard. Felt like a boutique hotel. Our dog also joined us and he was very happy with the stone floors throughout the ground floor, dog bowls and enclosed garden and patio. We really enjoyed reading and drinking a coffee with the patio doors open taking in the Devon landscapes. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. Thank you again Andrea.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and feel very much at home! A great locations, some fabulous walks to Bridford where you will find the Bridford Inn, which is very friendly and welcoming.

Sandra is an excellent host from her communication to all the little extras at the house. The bed was super comfy, fluffy towels and cosy throws in the lounge. Thank you very much for the wine and milk, and things like tea/coffee, porridge and shower gel etc made it a home from home stay. We loved the area and would definitely return. 100% recommendation from us both. 😊

A real gem. Everything was exactly as described on website and we really appreciated being able to wander freely in the grounds and among the animals. Immaculate and peaceful. If we are back in this area we will definitely stay there again.

What a treat! We had a 4 night stay in this beautiful house where every last detail has been thought about to add to your enjoyment and comfort. Everything was first class, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless bathrooms with proper size towels, plenty of good cutlery and tableware, utensils for cooking if you wanted to cook. The house was a delight with lovely deep sofas overlooking one of the balconies to the ever changing landscape of the waters beyond. It would be hard not to enjoy whatever the weather throws at you! A beautiful spot which was so relaxing. The house was laid out well for 2 couples. We really enjoyed our stay. Disappointed though with the local pub. Wouldn't recommend eating there sadly.

Wanted to come back as soon as we left! The cottage and its surrounding areas are absolutely stunning. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and a change of scenery. We were given a lovely recommendation for the Rugglestone Inn which we absolutely loved! Easy access to the moor and nearby village of Widecombe. The cottage is fully equipped with everything we could ever need. Not to mention its log fire which brought the whole place together as well as its comfy bed! We will be returning at some point in the near future! Can’t get enough of the place!

We had a fantastic 4 days stay in Golant. The views were incredible and the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. The house itself was immaculate and we felt right at home. The hamper on arrival was a lovely touch and the large basket of toys and games for the children were great.

We had a great break at Harper's Cottage, Richard and Ute were great hoss.. We had a great welcome and quick tour, lots of good recommendations for where to eat out and about the area in general. All the small touches at the cottage add up to a great stay. Well equipped kitchen, lovely linens, dog beds, great shower, great hot tub, all of it was Fab. The cottage was very private, with amazing views from the garden and the conservatory. We hope to visit again next time we are in Cornwall.

Had a lovely stay in Russell Cottage. Extremely clean and well equipped. Short walk into town and to a choice of supermarkets.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful, nicely decorated throughout. We both felt like we where hidden away in it's quiet, peaceful setting. Jay's mum is lovely and lives next door, she was delightful and friendly and always on hand if needed. We had the best two nights sleep we've had in a long time. We both will miss the comfortable bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we wish we could have stayed a lot longer!

The cottage is lovely and had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable throughout and quiet, even being in the centre of the village which was so convenient for well stocked local shops, a lovely post office, and a fabulous butcher opposite ! With great walks out from the house we were able to explore the area, not as much as would have liked but that was because sadly we had need to visit a family member in hospital in Cornwall most days.. Liz and Matt could not have been more kind to us during this difficult time - we so appreciated the opportunity to extend our stay, they were fantastic hosts and so very generous, thank you again so much! We had the loveliest couple of days celebrating getting married at 2 pound cottage. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The cottage was so clean and tidy, and we loved all the artwork, furniture, lampshades etc. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and there’s a lovely cafe 10 seconds from the front door that does an epic afternoon tea with a great selection of cakes. Emmy was always responsive, helpful and gave lots of recommendations, one of which we went with (Haytor) which was a stunning place to visit Can’t recommend the place highly enough and we’d love to come back someday (maybe an anniversary!)

This place is just beautiful, tranquil and private! The views sat on the porch of the smithy are stunning, the walking in the area is outstanding! Is definitely right up there at the top of my list of places I’ve had the pleasure to stay at… and can’t wait to return in the future!
