Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

VERY PRIVATE location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). The beach cottage is light and airy, the perfect romantic getaway. Mind blowing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean with beach access to our private cove WiFi available down at The Point and beach/cove Password the same as cottage. Available in guest book We provide high end shampoo/conditioner, local roasted coffee from Little Green Bean, sparkling wine from Mendocino County, fresh free range chicken eggs, organic cooking oils and all of the essential cooking spices.

Pacific Gem - Jewel of the Bluff

Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00
