the accommodation is great, you have a lot of space outside you can also spend a day just by the pool. deborah was very friendly and easy to reach, although they live just around the corner we had a lot of privacy. 🐰 Attention🐰: there are small rabbits in the entrance street which goes in the direction of the Airbnb, drive slowly & carefully, they run across the street from time to time.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. We had a very pleasant holiday, the accommodation is very well located, in a small village with all amenities (restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarkets, ice cream shop, ...) and a pretty beach nearby. Andrea is an available and friendly host. Thanks!

Clean, spacious, quiet, clear and bright apartment. The rooftop terrace,facing East , is a plus to have breakfast in the sun with sea views and on the boats of the small port. The location is ideal, close to the city center for shops and restaurants . Host accommodating for check-in times. Enjoy your stay!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. The stay was very nice. Everything was as described, great apartment for a couple, grandiose large terrace, great area. Unfortunately, not all restaurants were open yet out of season in mid-April and we could not use the pool. Of course, we knew that before, but it was a pity because it looked very inviting in the sometimes sunny weather. Otherwise, we would also give 5 stars for price/performance. Matteo and Katia's tips and quick helpful responses were great. It was also great that the two air conditioners quickly filled the bedroom and the living-dining area with warmth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Very good stay with Angelo and his family. The place, in the middle of nature, is peaceful while being close to the axes connecting it to the tourist areas. Angelo is very friendly and has good tips.

We had a great stay. Loved the location, the terrace and view is just fabulous, parking easy and around the corner. Only slight negative is the water pressure in the shower is not so good, but can’t complain. I would return.

The house was super clean and the views were incredible. It was nice to eat on the terrace. You can see the Island of San Pietro and Sant Antonio from the balcony. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable and nice. We went with our 2-year-old daughter and we were very comfortable, they also provided a crib and a high chair for her. We also really enjoyed the barbecue. It's a quiet village, ideal for resting. It has a small but very nice market. It's a good place to explore the southwest of the island by car. The ferry port to go to the island of San Pietro is very close to the house. We are very happy and would repeat!

Few words other than WOW. The ever changing view of the sea & sky - sat and watched it for hours. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly host. Could not have asked for anything more. Spent time exploring the local area and the two islands - and of course the local restaurants. Our first visit to Sardinia - it will not be our last and I will most certainly see if Fabio's place is available for the next time.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

We spent 9 days at Raphaella's. Everything was absolutely perfect. From check-in to checkout. Raphaella was great with availability. We didn't get a chance to meet her but as soon as I asked her for advice by text, she responded immediately and in detail. Raphaella is very concerned about the well-being of her “tenants.” Her apartment is very functional, extremely clean and nothing is lacking. This is probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Thanks Raphaella!

We had a great stay at Angelo and Giovanna's apartment!! The apartment is nicely decorated, with a great large terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the evening sunsets. From the apartment you can quickly reach the beach and the area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. The contact with Angelo and Giovanna was great. They always responded very quickly and were super accommodating. The only thing we missed were a few kitchen items (there is no stove, only a single hotplate, bowls) But for the few days it was fine.

Vanessa has always been very responsive. His recommendations for visiting Sant Antioco were much appreciated. The accommodation is conveniently located in the center. Thanks for your hospitality!

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

We loved this place. Bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were fine, but what really made it was the terrace. What a view!!!! and with a table and chairs plus a comfy couch out there, I never wanted to leave. The terrace is covered, so even when it rained we could stay outside. The abandoned mine is hikable from the house, a real treat, and there are many more walking paths around. Beach is a short drive. The drive in and out of Nebida is a little nuts...I wouldn't want to do it at night, but the place is so worth the effort!
