Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Calasetta

Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. We had a great time! The owners are very helpful and friendly and the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the photo. It is a villa located in a very quiet private condominium area. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a very nice and well-kept garden from which you can enjoy a fabulous sunset on the island of Carloforte and a beautiful starry sky. In the garden there is a barbecue, which we have used twice, a shower, two armchairs, a sofa and a table with chairs. Kitchen is functional and complete with everything. We found the house very clean and tidy. The rooms and in general all the spaces are spacious and fresh. You can comfortably reach the beautiful Big Beach in a 5-minute walk. By car you can reach the village of Calasetta with less than 10 and Sant'Antioco in about 15 minutes. In a maximum of 30 minutes by car you can reach all the places on the island. It was an unforgettable experience and we will be staying again with great pleasure. Thank you!

Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. lovely space high up on the slope with great views. You have to have a car to stay there. A quick drive then you'll be in the pool or on the beach. We bathed in Chia on an absolutely stunning beach. Close to the nearest town, Pula, is also. Good bed and ok sofa bed. Nice to cook in the kitchen and lovely dining areas outside. We had 13 very nice days in this apartment.

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. The place was quiet and nice. The house itself is cute. Bathroom and bedroom clean. Towels were clean. I just noticed many webs on the walls and ceiling. But it’s just small details. The cutlery and dishes were a bit greasy though. If you want to use it, it’s better to clean them first. There is a place to park the car, which is a great “plus” in my opinion. And buy yourselves a shampoo and a shower gel if you need. The host however provides the soap. I’d say it’s a good place to stay for 3-4 days, which me and my fiancée did. Thanks Maddalena.

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

Elena's home is as described, cozy and quiet. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center, it is equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the cleanliness is impeccable. Mrs. Elena was very kind, she welcomed us and met our requests.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.
