The other two beaches (Le Saline and Spiaggia Grande) are just a few minutes away by car. The house is in the town center. The house consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, another small bedroom with single beds or a bed that can be converted into a double, a very large double living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Vacation home located a short walk from the port, the square and 10 minutes from Sottotorre beach. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a recently renovated house and consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a laundry area. The kitchen overlooks a veranda equipped with a table, chairs, and deck chairs. The living area has air conditioning.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
