The penthouse makes a huge impression! The view from the window and balcony is amazing! the apartment has everything you need. a big plus is the underground parking. the beach is literally a stone's throw away, 2 minutes on foot. the owner is always available and answers any questions. his recommended restaurants are worth a look! I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back someday.

Wir waren kurz vor der vereibarten Zeit beim Haus, direkt an der breiten Promenade und konnten das Auto in der blauen Zone abstellen. Daniela kam pünktlich und half uns freundlicher Weise das Gepäck ins Apartment zu tragen. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank, Prosecco und Obstschale inklusive! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll, dafür nimmt man den Aufstieg durch das " schlanke" Stiegenhaus gerne in Kauf. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe fuhr Daniele mit mir in die Tiefgarage ums Eck, wo ich das Auto in einer eigenen Box abstellen konnte. Daniels freundlicher Einladung in das Srandbad seiner Familie in Marina di Petrosanto sind wir wetterbedingt nicht gefolgt. Wir haben Daniee als sehr fürsorglichen Gastgeber kennengelernt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus von Gaia ist bezaubernd. Es ist liebevoll, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut: man ist in 2min am Strand und kann viele Städte in der Nähe besuchen. (Pisa 30min, Florenz 90min) Gaia hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns mit Leckereien begrüßt. Wir konnten flexibel auschecken. Den Lärm der Hauptstraße hört man sehr. Den Außenbereich konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil zu viele Mücken unterwegs waren.

Excellent accueil, tjs réactif. Nous avons apprécié le logement avec la vue sur la montagne alpi apuane. Calme et proche des commodités et de la mer. Gare de train également mais il faut la voiture. Nous étions en WE pour les 5 terres : magnifique !

Riccardo and his listing were both 10/10! Very responsive and very friendly host, combined with the incredible location (being walkable to the main strip of beach, train station, and restaurants) helped me fall in love with Viareggio! Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour. La vu magnifique, la plage privé et acces residentielle a fait oublié que la connexion wifi ne marchait pas. Beaucoup de vent donc on na pas trop profitez de la terrasse mais vu le prix cetait tres correcte. Vaisselle un peu ébréchés mais tout etait correctement utilisable. La machine a cafe italienne top. Par contre l'adresse donnée n'était pas la bonne on nous a dit de nous rendre au 48 alors que C'était au 74 , car le 48 correspond au numero au dessus de la porte dans la grande residence. Nous avons fait patienté notre hôtes. Merci a elle pour sa patience super accueil de sa part. Tres disponible

Ilaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen, der tolle Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Binnen 20 stappen sta je op het strand. Denk aan je badmuts voor in het zwembad. De accommodatie was heel erg schoon en ruim, van alles voorzien. Je loopt zo via de boulevard naar restaurants.

Gianfranco ist wirklich ein wundervoller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat dabei. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top, direkter Strandzugang, privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. War ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We really enjoyed our time in Viareggio and this apartment was perfect for us! We stayed with the baby and Giovanni and Francesca made sure that we have everything we need for the baby. We would stay again and I highly recommend this place!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Takk for at vi fikk leie denne fine leiligheten. Vi kom med tog og ruslet ned til leiligheten uten problemer med koffertene. Vi kom litt tidlig, men fikk tilgang til leiligheten. Leiligheten var veldig ren og fin. Ligger veldig nært stranden og sentralt i forhold til restauranter. Rolig og koselig by, var enkelt og dra med tog i ca 15 minutter til Pisa og det skjeve tårnet. Veldig god kommunikasjon med verten. Kan trygt anbefale denne leiligheten.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

This was a last minute booking for us, but we felt SO happy to have found Sandra’s lovely place in the centre of Viareggio. The bedroom is HUGE and easy to keep cool with shutters. The hosts have the place next door as a holiday home and we got to meet them (and share pizza) when they visited. The location was perfect - one minute’s walk to the ‘buzzing’ promenade with great cafes, shops and the AMAZING beach. We hired a car from Pisa airport but next time we wouldn’t - everywhere we wanted to visit was quicker and easier by train (Lucca, Cinque Terre and of course Pisa). The station is an easy 10-15 walk away but without a car, a taxi would be a good idea with cases. A definite highlight of this holiday was the care, kindness and generous hospitality of our hosts. They immediately responded and offered a perfect solution when we had a minor problem. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but this was special. Thank-you for everything Sandra, Ettore and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Super Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hosts, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auch kleine Willkommensgeschenke lagen bereit, vielen Dank dafür! Wer einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat stört sich vielleicht am Zug, der ab und zu nah vorbeifährt, uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir würden sofort wieder wiederkommen :-)

Elena is an excellent host. She was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the apartment. She made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and close to the beach and promenade. The experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.
