Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The 80qm holiday apartment is located in the south of Hamburg. It is quiet and in the countryside. It has close travel connections to the motorways, shopping areas and many extracurricular activity. The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover!

Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines schönes Gebäudes von 1900 und hat einen eigene Eingang, durch den Ihr ungestört kommen und gehen könnt wann Ihr möchtet. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Küche und einen großen Wohnraum mit TV inkl. Netfixzugang. Auch wer einiges zu erledigen hat findet einen Schreibtsch mit LAN / WLAN. Außerdem habt ihr einen eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

The daylight bathroom has a tub, shower and underfloor heating. Our beautiful accommodation is quietly located, within walking distance of the city and surrounded by nature and apple trees. Our smart design apartment in the urban industrial area of Eimsbüttel, surrounded by industrial flair and vintage lifestyle. Easily accessible by public transport, with power connection for charging electric cars and private parking right outside the door. Eating, drinking and shopping in the immediate vicinity; partying in the Schanzenviertel (10 min by S-Bahn), trade fair networking (9 min by car) and enjoying music in the Elbphilharmonie (15 min by taxi).

Experience the charm of a listed building from 1859, which has been modernized with a lot of love for detail. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
