Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The municipality of Nüziders is centrally located to the 5 valleys Klostertal, Montafon, Brandnertal, Walgau and large Walsertal and offers many leisure activities in the field of sports, hiking, cycling and culture as well as the proximity to numerous local recreational and ski areas. The Alpine town of Bludenz with its old town is within easy reach.

This stylish and spacious loft is perfect for couples or families with small children. On request, an extra room with its own bathroom on the ground floor can also be booked. Please just ask. Recently, there is also a private carport for our guests, which can be booked on request. (6.5 euros per day.) Glass courses in the house make the vacation days at the Hummelhof an extraordinary experience. Or simply: relax!

The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Our apartment can accommodate up to four people and has a bedroom and a kitchen-living room. A pull-out couch, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The terrace and a small garden invite you to relax and linger in. There is also a heated basement compartment. A carport is available for the safe parking of your car.
