We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

40m² - direct location at the Markkleeberger lake. Not a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in 20 minutes in the center of Leipzig. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to move in the fresh air, the break at Markkleeberger See is perfect. Since 2025, the city of Markkleeberg has been charging an accommodation tax of 5%, which is shown here as a "fee for other services".

The newly renovated 45 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house on a partially renovated courtyard. It offers a fully equipped Zanussi kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cozy double bed and a living room with a large couch and large screen for relaxing movie nights. I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.
